چرا که به هنگام ناراحتی تعادل روحی بر هم میخورد و مسائلی گفته میشود که گاه مشکل را پیچیده تر میکند.

7- عیب‌های همسرت را نیز دوست داشته باش.

8- مردها همه یکسانند، این یک روال جهانى است.
9- مسائل کوچک را نادیده بگیر.
10- مقایسه نکن. هیچگاه همسرت را با دیگری مقایسه نکن چرا که مردها در عین یکسان بودن هرکدام دنیایی خاص دارند
11- سعی کن اختلاف سلیقه‌هایتان به نزاع نیانجامد.

مانند اوائل ازدواج برای او نامه‌های عاشقانه و کوتاه بنویسید و یا با او در یک جای خاطره انگیز قرار بگذارید.

فاش شد: فرزند رضايي به دستور احمدي نژاد و سپاه به قتل رسيده است!

بتازگی اطلاعاتی بیرون آمده که نشان از روابط گسترده ای احمد رضائی با اپوزیسیون ایرانی خارج از کشور و تماس های توطئه آمیزی از نظر دولت احمدی نژاد با ایرانیان داخل کشور داشته است.

جهت گناهکار قلمداد کردن و چوبکاری کردن حکومت ایران، وی با عواملی در ایران جهت دریافت اطلاعات اتهام آمیز در مورد فعالیت های هسته ای نظامی بخصوص در آستانه انتشار گزارش آژانس انرژی اتمی کار میکرده است. سپاه که احمد رضايی را تحت تعقیب قرار داده بود، پی برد که وی بین یک شخص و یک دانشمند اتمی ایران قرار ملاقات گذاشته و این دانشمند قرار بود یک فلاش اطلاعات مهمی را با خود بیاورد که فعالیت هائی که در زمینه توسعه بمب هسته ای توسط حکومت ایران صورت میگیرند را ثابت کند.
در یک مذاکره اضطراری بین عوامل اطلاعاتی سپاه با احمدی نژاد، تصمیم گرفته شد که جهت جلوگیری از افتادن این اطلاعات بدست احمد رضائی نباید از هیچ عملی دریغ کرد. احمدی نژاد وی را خائن نامید و لذا تایید نمود که اگر هنگام بازجوئی وی در هتل چاره دیگری نباشد، میتوان او را کشت. احمدی نژاد دستور داد که از رسیدن این اطلاعات به دست رقیب سیاسی وی محسن رضائی، که در انتخابات سال 1388 با وی رقابت داشته است، جلوگیری شود. همچنین ایشان دستور داد که این موضوع به اطلاع وزیر اطلاعات مصلحی نرسد چرا که ایشان از فروردین ماه با وی دعوائی است ("اینها راز نگهدار نیستند"). احمدی نژاد همچنین اضافه کرد که این تصمیم در محدوده اختیارات وی قرار دارد و لذا لازم نیست که به تصویب رهبر رسانده شود چونکه این تصمیم به منزله دستور قتل نیست بلکه فقط سخن از بازجوئی و گرفتن مدارک و اطلاعاتی که به دیگران داده است درمیان است و اگر در حین راه اتفاقی رخ داد، آنها مسئول نیستند.
در عمل، عوامل سپاهی موفق نشدند که نحوه انتقال مدارک از شخص رابط به احمد رضائی را فاش کنند و بنابراین یک واحد ویژه از طرف اطلاعات سپاه با کمک اشخاص ارشد در پلیس دبی وارد اتاق وی شدند. ظاهراً فرمانده پلیس دبی، ضاحی خلفان نیز در کمک رساندن به عوامل سپاه دخیل بوده است. خلفان در جریان کل این عملیات بوده است و سپاه را در فعالیت محرمانه اش در این منطقه همراهی میکند. افراد سپاه ساعتها احمد رضائی را بازجوئی کرده و وی را آنقدر کتک زده اند تا اینکه از بین رفت. آنها در اتاق وی بدنبال فلاش حافظه مذکور گشتند و بدون اینکه آنرا پیدا کنند دبی را ترک کردند.

گزارش دوم:
حکومت ایران پلیس دبی را تحت فشار سختی قرار داده است تا آنرا از تحقیق در باره قتل احمد رضائی، پسر محسن رضائی، در اتاقش در هتل گلری، منصرف سازد. البته در رسانه های دبی بطور رسمی گزارش شده است که مرگ احمد رضائی اصطلاحاً مرگ طبیعی بوده است اما هم در پلیس دبی و هم در خود ایران کسانی هستند که نسبت به این گزارش بسیار مشکوک هستند.
حکومت ایران یک هیآت محرمانه به دبی فرستاده است که گزارشاتش را مستقیماً به احمدی نژاد ارسال میکند و وظیفه این هیآت این است که اطمینان حاصل کند که دبی در این زمینه هیچ عملی که برعلیه منافع حکومت ایران باشد، انجام ندهد. رویدادهای قبل از این قتل، مربوط میشوند به سوء ظن عوامل سپاه نسبت به احمد رضائی، که طبق آن ایشان روابط گسترده ای با اپوزیسیون ایرانی خارج از کشور و تماسهای توطئه آمیزی با ایرانیان داخل کشور داشته است.

خواجه نصیرالدین دانشمند یگانه روزگار در بغداد مرا درسی اموخت که همه ی درس بزرگان در همه ی زندگانیم برابر ان حقیر می نماید و ان درس این است:

در بغداد هر روز خبر ها بسیار می رسید از دزدی،قتل،تجاوز به زنان در بلاد مسلمان که همه از جانب مسلمان بودند.روزی خواجه نصیرالدین مرا گفت می دانی از بهر چیست که جماعت مسلمانان از هر جماعت دیگر بیشتر گنه می کنند با انکه دین خود را بسیار اخلاقی و بزرگمنش می

دانند؟

من بدو گفتم:بزرگوارا من همانا شاگرد توام و بسیار شادمان خواهم شد اگر ندانسته ای بدانم.خواجه نصیرالدین فرمود:
ای شیخ تو کوشش ها در این دین مبین کرده ای و اصول اخلاق محمد که سلام خدا بر او باد را می دانی.و همانا محمد و جانشینانش بسیار از اخلاق گفته اند و از بامداد که مومن از خواب بر می خیزد تا هنگامی که شبانگاه با بانویش هم بستر می شود،راه بر او شناسانده شده است.اما چه سری است که هیچ کدام از ایشان ذره ای بر اخلاق نیستند و به بی اخلاق ترین مردم مانند.انکه هم اخلاق دارد نه از مسلمانی اش بلکه از وجدان بیدار اوست.

من بسیار سفر کرده ام و از شرق تا غرب عالم،دین ها و ائین ها دیده ام. از غوتمه(بودا) در خاورزمین تا مانی ایرانی در باخترزمین که همانا پیروانش چه نیکو می زیند و هرگز بر دشمنی و عداوت نیستند.
انها هرگز همچون مسلمانان در اخلاقشان اصل و فرع نیست و تنها بنیان اخلاق را خودشناسی می دانند و معتقدند انکه خود بشناسد و وجدان خود را بیدار کرده و نیازی به جزئیات اخلاقی همچون مسلمانان ندارد.
اما عیب اخلاق مسلمانی چیست ای شیخ؟

در اخلاق مسلمانی هرگاه به تو فرمان می دهند،ان فرمان "اما" و "اگر" دارد.
در اسلام تو را می گویند:

دروغ نگویید...اما دروغ به دشمنان اسلام را باکی نیست.

غیبت نکنید...اما غیبت انسان بد کار را باکی نیست.

قتل مکنید...اما قتل نا مسلمان را باکی نیست.

تجاوز نکنید...اما تجاوز به نا مسلمان را باکی نیست.

و این اما ها مسلمانان را گمراه کرده و هر مسلمانی به گمان خود دیگری را نا بکار و نا مسلمان می داند و اجازه هر پستی را به خود می دهد و خدا را نیز از خود راضی شادمان می بیند.
و راز نابخردی و پستی مسلمانان در همین است ای شیخ...

Last week the patient, insisting that "this man should be punished for what he did to me," sued Dr. Mohit for $20 million in compensatory and punitive damages.

David E. Worby, a White Plains lawyer representing the woman, whom he identified only as Miss H., said, "The license to practice medicine in the state of New York certainly doesn't include having sex with patients during an examination." He said several factors would be different in the civil suit. "The criminal-justice system is set up to protect the notion of presumed innocence," he said. "Guilt has to be determined beyond a reasonable doubt -- a very difficult burden of proof -- and the doctor did not have to testify. His lawyer did all the talking and raised a reasonable doubt before the jury."

Under civil law, Mr. Worby said, "the litigant must prove the case by a 'preponderance of the evidence,' which basically means more than 50 percent. In the civil case, Dr. Mohit will have to testify, and by the time we're done with him everyone in that courtroom will know exactly what happened."

Mr. Worby said that since the criminal trial "another woman has come to us and said she was sexually attacked by this physician." He said that she had "been afraid to come forward and has not yet agreed to talk other than to say she's out there" but that she had a similar experience.

Mr. Worby said that by publicizing the civil suit and having Miss H. answer reporters' questions "we're hoping other women might come forward."

Mr. Worby spoke also of "the concept of strict liability," which holds, for example, that "if a product is defective and if it injures someone, the maker of the product is strictly liable; that is," he explained, "the person who got hurt wouldn't even have to prove that the manufacturer was at fault. They just have to prove the product was defective."

The concept "began in the construction industry, in the old days when blasting operations were prevalent," Mr. Worby said.

"If you were engaged in a dangerous activity, you could be strictly liable for the consequences," he added. "Similarly, if you fall from a scaffold at work, the construction company is absolutely liable." Declines Comment on Civil Suit

The same concept should apply in the case of Miss H., the lawyer said: "A physician having sex with a patient in the examining room should be strictly liable for the act. We shouldn't have to prove anything except that it took place, because it's that wrong."

Dr. Mohit, reached at home, declined to comment on the civil suit or to respond to Miss H.'s statement at a news conference announcing the suit that the doctor's assertion of consensual sex was "a big lie."

At the news conference, the woman recalled the doctor's initial statement "that he never had any thought of sex or contact with me whatsoever" and then added, "But the moment the DNA test was given to the judge, he said, Well, he did have sexual contact but it was because of my consent."

Jeanne E. Mettler, a Tarrytown lawyer who represented Dr. Mohit in the criminal trial, said the jury had not accepted the patient's assertion "that at the last moment she was taken by surprise." 10 Women on the Jury

"In fact, we learned at the trial, when she explained the circumstances, that certain things happened along the way which would prompt most women, if they objected, to terminate the examination," Ms. Mettler said.

"We had 10 women on the jury," she added. "I think they found her story to be unbelievable. They were in a position to know what was credible and what was not."

Referring to trial testimony, Ms. Mettler said Miss H. had testified that there were "overtures."

"I think we can at least say that the suggestion that this happened all of a sudden without previous interaction between these two people does not comport with trial testimony," Ms. Mettler said.

Dr. Mohit, a 55-year-old Scarsdale resident and the father of three children, graduated from Teheran University Medical School in 1962, did an internship at Queens General Hospital in New York City in 1963 and served an anatomic pathology residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan from 1964 to 1966, Ms. Mettler said.

He also served at Hackensack Hospital in New Jersey, returned to Iran to teach at the University of Jundi Shapour in Ahwaz in the 1970's and then returned to the United States to serve at Children's Hospital and the New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston until 1986. 'An Excellent Witness'

Ms. Mettler, who said she will not be representing Dr. Mohit in the civil case, said he received his license to practice in New York State and was board certified in 1986. He has not been practicing medicine at the Getty Square clinic "for some time," said a woman who answered the phone there last week.

Barbara Egenhauser, the assistant district attorney who prosecuted the rape and assault charges, said Miss H. "was an excellent witness, articulate and able to express herself very well."

"She's educated, has 54 college credits and is extremely intelligent," Ms. Egenhauser said. Miss H. said under cross-examination at the trial that she had been an alcoholic and had a history of drug use.

Ms. Egenhauser said Miss H., who was born in London and lived in the British West Indies, had remained composed during her testimony, "although she wept a few times when she described events that were difficult to relate."

"It would have worked against her to have been totally composed throughout her testimony," the prosecutor said. A Complaint to Ethics Board

Mr. Worby said Miss H. had also filed a complaint with the New York Board of Medical Ethics.

Robert Bentley, director of the division of professional conduct of the State Education Department, said that the allegation of professional misconduct is now being investigated by the Health Department's Office of Professional Medical Conduct.

Mr. Bentley and others dealing with medical conduct in the licensing process declined to say whether there were circumstances when sexual intercourse between a doctor and patient during an examination could be anything but misconduct on the physician's part.

Vicki Zeldin, a spokeswoman for the Office of Professional Medical Conduct, said that "if there appears to be grounds for an investigation, the complaint is presented to a panel of two physicians and a lay person taken from a pool of such persons." The panel decides whether charges should be brought "like a grand jury deciding whether to indict," she said.

"If charges are brought, a hearing is held before a different panel, like a trial but before an administrative law judge," Ms. Zeldin said. "The panel then makes a recommendation to the State Health Commissioner, and he uses it for his own recommendation to the State Board of Regents, which licenses physicians."

Ms. Zeldin said the process will change next year, "removing both the Commissioner and the Regents, so the second panel's recommendation becomes the decision." Misconduct penalties, she said, range from reprimand to license revocation.

از سایبر کامند (Cyber Command) چه می دانیم؟ در دوران پس از جنگ سرد و در آغاز عصر جنگ‌های سایبری آرایش رزمی نیروهای آمریکا چگونه شکل گرفته است؟ آمریکا چگونه جنگجویان سایبری خود را پرورش می‌دهد؟ تهاجم سایبری به سایر ملت‌های دنیا چگونه آغاز شد؟ برای پاسخ بدین سؤالات با گزارش ویژه مشرق همراه شوید...

به گزارش خبرنگار جنگ نرم مشرق، هم‌‌اکنون بخش اعظمی از جنگ‌هایی که به صورت روزمره شاهدیم شامل یک نیروی نظامی پیشرفته و نیروهای شبه‌نظامی بوده و بیشتر جنبه جنگ سخت را دارند، یعنی در آنها اغلب نیروهای متعارف طرف پیشرفته سعی می‌کنند که با عملیات‌های ایذایی، انتحاری و چریکی شبه‌نظامی‌ها مقابله کنند.

در عراق، افغانستان، فلسطین اشغالی و یا در کلمبیا شاهد چنین جنگ‌هایی هستیم. اما آیا این امر بدین معناست که دیگر جنگ بین نیروهای متعارف ملی به اتمام رسیده یا اینکه به دلیل قدرت زیاد و مخرب ارتش‌های پیشرفته دیگر هیچ جنگی بین آنها رخ نخوهد داد؟ آیا بازداندگی متعارف یا هسته‌ای باعث گشته بین کشورهای بزرگ صلحی دائمی پدید آید؟ اگرچه دیگر شاهد بروز جنگ‌های جنبشی بین کشورها نیستیم اما در حقیقت می‌توان گفت که میدان جنگ بین این قدرت‌ها ماهیت خود را تغییر داده و به صورت فزاینده‌ای وارد فضای قدرت نرم و مجازی شده است. به گزارش وزارت دفاع آمریکا روزانه چندین هزار حمله به شبکه‌های مجازی وابسته به این وزارت صورت می‌پذیرد.

غیر‌منطقی نخواهد بود اگر بگوییم که یقینا در ورای بخش اعظمی از این حملات دولت‌هایی نهفته‌اند که می‌خواهند به زیرساخت‌های سایبری رقیب برای آسیب‌زدن یا جمع‌آوری اطلاعات نفوذ نمایند. البته در چند دهه اخیر این آمریکا بوده که سردمداری معرفی جنگ‌های نوین را بر عهده داشته و قطعا این کشور حملات بی‌شماری را علیه زیرساخت‌های مجازی کشورهای رقیب به مانند چین، روسیه و ایران طراحی و اجرا می‌کند.

حملات سایبری می‌توانند زیر ساخت‌های اقتصادی، مدیریتی و نظامی کشورها را هدف قرار دهند

یکی از مهمترین سازمان‌های جنگ سایبری آمریکا قرارگاه فرماندهی سایبری است که به منظور طراحی، هماهنگی و اجرای برنامه‌های دفاعی و تهاجمی ارتش آمریکا در حوزه سایبری تأسیس شده است. در گزارش حاضر سعی گردیده تا به صورت اجمالی ساختار و اهداف این سازمان مورد بررسی قرار گیرند.

"قرارگاه فرماندهای سایبری آمریکا" (USCYBERCOM) یکی از قرارگاه‌های فرعی نیروهای نظامی آمریکا است که زیر نظر "قرارگاه فرماندهی استراتژیک آمریکا" (USSCOM) فعالیت می‌کند. در 23 ژوئن 2009، رابرت گیتس (Robert Gates)، وزیر دفاع وقت، به فرمانده قرارگاه استراتژیک آمریکا دستور تأسیس قرارگاه سایبری را داد .

این قرارگاه در مجموعه "فورت‌مید" (Fort Meade) مریلند واقع شده و فرماندهی آن بر عهده ژنرال کیث بی. الکساندر (Keith B. Alexander) است. قابل ذکر است که این قرارگاه در ساختمان "آژانس امنیت ملی آمریکا" (NSA) قرار داشته و فرمانده آن به طور همزمان ریاست آژانس امنیت ملی را نیز برعهده دارد. ژنرال الکساندر از سال 2005 ریاست آژانس و از سال 2010 نیز به عنوان فرمانده قرارگاه سایبری منصوب گشت. قرارگاه سایبری فرماندهی عملیات‌های فضای مجازی را متمرکز کرده، منابع سایبری موجود را سازماندهی نموده، دفاع از شبکه‌های نظامی آمریکا و نیز تهاجم به شبکه‌ها کشورهای دیگر را هماهنگ می‌کند.

بودجه و پرسنل قرارگاه فرماندهی سایبری

بنا بر گزارشات منتشره، این سازمان در زمان تأسیس دارای 1000 نفر نیروی متخصص و بودجه‌ای بالغ بر 120 میلیون دلار برای سال 2010 بود. بودجه این سازمان در سال 2011، 150 میلیون دلار برآورد گردید.

وزارت دفاع آمریکا در بودجه درخواستی خود برای سال 2012، 2/3 میلیارد دلار را به بهبود توانمندی‌های سایبری اختصاص داده است. این مبالغ قرار است صرف تقویت قرارگاه فرماندهی سایبری، شامل بودجه لازم برای طراحی و ایجاد "مرکز عملیات‌های مشترک" (Joint Operations Center) برای قرارگاه فرماندهی در فورت‌مید است.

مبلغ 500 میلیون دلار برای تکنولوژی‌های سایبری اختصاص خواهد یافت و نیز مبالغی نیز صرف آموزش و بهبود آگاهی‌های موضعی خواهد شد.

مأموریت قرارگاه

بر اساس بیانیه مطبوعاتی وزارت دفاع آمریکا "قرارگاه سایبری فعالیت‌ها را برنامه‌ریزی، هماهنگ، ادغام و اجراء می‌کند تا عملیات‌ها و دفاع از شبکه‌های اطلاعاتی وزارت دفاع را هدایت نموده؛ عملیات‌های نظامی فضای سایبری را تهیه کرده و در صورت درخواست آنها را اجرائ نماید تا توان اجرای اقدامات را در تمام حوزه‌ها فراهم آورده و آزادی عمل نیروهای آمریکایی/ائتلاف را در فضای سایبری تضمین نموده و همین آزادی عمل را از دشمنان بگیرد."

عبارت "9ec4c12949a4f31474f299058ce2b22a" که در حلقه طلایی موجود بر آرم این سازمان نقش بسته است، ترجمه این مأموریت به زبان رمز است.

قرارگاه فرماندهی سایبری نیروی زمینی یکی از قرارگاه‌هایی است که از قرارگاه فرماندهی سایبری پشتیبانی می‌کند. این قرارگاه در 1 اکتبر 2010 تأسیس شده و فرماندهی آن بر عهده ژنرال رت ای. هرناندز (Rhett A. Hernandez) است. این قرارگاه زیر نظر سپاه دوم نیروی زمینی ارتش آمریکا فعالیت می‌کند. این قرارگاه مسؤول برقراری ارتباط با دیگر سازمان‌ها در حوزه عملیات‌های فضای سایبری و اطلاعات است.این قرارگاه وظیفه دارد که عملیات‌های نیروی زمینی را در فضای سایبری برنامه‌ریزی، هماهنگی، هدایت و اجراء نماید.

ناوگان فرماندهی سایبری / ناوگان دهم (نیروی دریایی)

ناوگان دهم مسؤول برنامه‌های جنگ سایبری نیروی دریایی آمریکا است. ناوگان مذکور ابتدا در جنگ جهانی دوم و طی نبرد آتلانتیک برای نبرد علیه زیردریایی‌ها تأسیس گردید و هم‌اکنون به عنوان قرارگاه فرماندهی سایبری ناوگان نیروی دریایی آمریکا تجدید سازمان شده است. ناوگان دهم در 29 ژانویه 2010 به عنوان ناوگان فرماندهی سایبری بار دیگر فعال گردید. اولین فرمانده این قرارگاه، دریادار برنارد جی مک‌کولاو (Bernard J. McCullough) بود. ناوگان فرماندهی سایبری، بازوی دریایی قرارگاه فرماندهی سایبری آمریکا است. این ناوگان پشتیبانی عملیاتی از قرارگاه‌های دریایی آمریکا در سراسر جهان را بر عهده داشته و از جنگ‌های اطلاعاتی، کامپیوتری و الکترونیکی و نیز عملیات‌های فضایی پشتیبانی می‌نماید. این ناوگان کنترل عملیاتی نیروهای اطلاعاتی، کامپیوتری، رمز‌نگاری و فضایی نیروی دریایی را بر عهده دارد.

فرماندهی فضایی نیروی هوایی / بیست و چهارم نیروی هوایی (نیروی هوایی) یکی از بخش‌های نیروی‌هوایی آمریکا است. نیروی هوایی نیروهای پشتیبانی و نبرد فضای سایبری را در بیست و چهارم نیروی هوایی یکپارچه نمود. بیست و چهارم نیروی هوایی بخش هوایی قرارگاه فرماندهی سایبری را تشکیل می‌دهد. فرماندهی این سازمان بر عهده ژنرال سوزانی ام. واترینات (Suzanne M. Vautrinot) است که در 29 آوریل 2011 به این سمت برگزیده شد.

قرارگاه فرماندهی تفنگداران دریایی آمریکا یکی از سازمان‌های تفنگداران دریایی آمریکا است که وظیفه آن حفاظت از زیرساخت‌های حیاتی در جنگ‌های سایبری است. این سازمان از یک بخش فرماندهی و کنترل با عنوان "مرکز امنیت عملیات‌‌های شبکه‌ای تفنگداران دریایی" (Marine Corps Network Operations Security Center) و گروهانی از هنگ پشتیبانی رمزنگاری تفنگداران دریایی است و در حدود 800 نظامی در این قرارگاه مشغول به خدمت هستند.

درخواست رسمی قرارگاه سایبری برای انجام عملیات‌های تهاجمی

ژنرال کیث الکساندر (Keith Alexander) فرمانده قرارگاه سایبری آمریکا در حضور بیش از 1000 نفر شرکت کننده در کنفرانس فضا و سایبر فرماندهی راهبردی گفت: "ما باید برای دفاع از خودمان در فضای سایبری اختیارات و قدرت بیشتری داشته باشیم."

این اظهارات نشان می‌دهند که پنتاگون قصد دارد به صورت رسمی حق اجرای عملیات‌های سایبری تهاجمی را داشته باشد. دولت آمریکا تاکنون قرارگاه سایبری را مرکزی دفاعی و جنگ سایبری را نیز جنگی دفاعی معرفی می‌کرد که برای دفاع از زیرساخت‌های اقتصادی و نظامی آمریکا در فضای سایبری پدید آمده‌اند اما هم‌اکنون به صورت علنی اعلام کرده که قصد دارد اینترنت را تبدیل به پایگاهی برای حمله به دیگر ملت‌ها گرداند.

الکساندر خواهان کسب مجوز رسمی برای انجام حملات سایبری

ژنرال مایکل باسلا (Michael Basla)، قائم مقام فرمانده قرارگاه فضایی نیروی هوایی، پس از سخنرانی الکساندر در کنفرانس گفت: "ما همچنین تصمیم به ایجاد توانمندی تهاجمی سایبری داریم." قرارگاه فضایی مسؤول جنگ سایبری نیروی هوایی است.

این نوع اظهارات در بیانیه رجینا دوگان (Regina Dugan)، رئیس "آژانس پروژه‌های پیشرفته تحقیقاتی دفاعی" (DARPA) – افرادی که اینترنت را اختراع کردند – نیز مورد اشاره قرار گرفته بود مبنی بر اینکه آنها توانمندی‌های سایبری تهاجمی ایجاد خواهند نمود و اینکه آمریکا تهاجمات سایبری را با اقدامات به اصطلاح جنبشی در هم خواهد آمیخت. اقدامات تهاجمی در ادبیات نظامی به معنای استفاده از تجهیزات انفجاری، گلوله‌ها یا کلاهک برای انهدام چیزی است.

تربيت جنگجويان سايبري آمريكا با آموزش علوم پایه و ریاضی

با توجه به ضعف آمريكايي ها در رياضيات و علوم مهندسي، فرماندهي قرارگاه سايبري آمريكا نگران تربيت جنگجويان سايبري خود از نسل بعد است و برنامه اي را براي آموزش علوم پايه براي آنها تدوين نموده است. وب‌سايت وزارت دفاع آمريكا در اين باره نوشت: از جنگجوی بزرگ سایبری آمریکا بپرسید چگونه می‌توان تضمین نمود که نسل آتی آمریکایی‌ها قادر است با چالش‌های آتی امنیتی مواجه شود و وی به شما خواهد گفت: در حوزه‌ ریاضی، علوم و تکنولوژی‌ آموزش‌های بیشتری به آنها بدهید.

ژنرال الکساندر، دستور داد برنامه‌ای برای افزایش آموزش علوم، تکنولوژی، مهندسی و ریاضیات در سطح کشور آمريكا آغاز گردد. وی آمار درصد کسانی را که در کشورهای مختلف جهان دارای مدرک "علوم، تکنولوژی، مهندسی و ریاضی" هستند چنین اعلام نمود: چین، 47 درصد؛ کره جنوبی، 38 درصد؛ و آلمان 28 درصد. در آمریکا تنها 4 درصد از فارغ‌التحصیلان دارای مدرک "علوم، تکنولوژی، مهندسی و ریاضی" هستند. وی در کنفرانس "مجمع امنیتی سیستم‌های بین‌المللی" (International Systems Security Association)چنین گفت: "آمریکا در ایجاد این قابلیت‌ها در سطح پایین‌تری نسبت به بسیاری کشورهای دیگر قرار دارد. این توانمندی‌ها در چهارچوب امنیت ملی آتی نقش برجسته‌ای دارند.

آمریکا در تلاش است تا هر کودک را تبدیل به یک جنگجوی سایبری نماید

الکساندر در ادامه سخنان خود گفت: "ما باید این فرآیند را اصلاح نماییمم. با توجه به اینکه فارغ‌التحصیلان امروز و فردا، نیروی امنیت ملی آتی آمریکا را تشکیل خواهند داد، آژانس امنیت ملی نیز در برنامه ملی آموزش علوم، تکنولوژی، مهندسی و ریاضی شرکت دارد."

در سال 1998، آژانش امنیت ملی مراکزی را تأسیس نمود تا دانشگاه‌هایی که برنامه‌های برجسته‌ای در حوزه بیمه اطلاعاتی ارائه می‌کنند، شناسایی شوند. امروزه، آژانس امنیت ملی و وزارت امنیت میهنی به صورت مشترک حمایت مالی از "مراکز ملی برتر در آموزش بیمه اطلاعات" و برنامه‌های "تحقیقات مهندسی با کمک کامپیوتر" را بر عهده دارند.

به گفته الکساندر، این برنامه، که در آن 18 دانشکده و دانشگاه فعالیت دارند، قصد دارد تا آموزش‌های عالی و تحقیقات را در این حوزه‌ها ارتقاء داده و افرادی خبره با تخصص بیمه اطلاعاتی پرورش دهد.

هدف نهایی این برنامه کاهش آسیب‌پذیری زیرساخت اطلاعات ملی آمریکا است. الکساندر در ادامه افزود که اگرچه اجرای این نوع برنامه‌ها گامی بزرگ در مسیری درست است اما کافی نیستند. وی در ادامه افزود، ما نیاز به برنامه‌های علمی اصلی و بنیادینی داریم که در مدارس ابتدایی اعمال گردند تا در نهایت اطمینان حاصل شود که امنیت بلند مدت کشور تضمین می‌گردد.

چه باید کرد؟

کشور ما نیز به مانند سایر کشورهای جهان به صورت فزاینده‌ای به شبکه‌های مجازی وابسته می‌شود. با توجه به سرعت بسیار شتابان پیشرفت‌های تکنولوژیکی می‌توان پیش‌بینی نمود که طی سال‌ها و دهه‌های آتی کارکرد زیرساخت‌های مجازی در نهادهای اقتصادی و نظامی ما نیز افزایش چشمگیری خواهد یافت، افزایشی که با توجه به روندهای تکنولوژیکی اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. بهره‌وری از فضای سایبری در عین اینکه می‌تواند باعث افزایش ظرفیت‌های قدرت ملی شوند اما در عین حال آسیب‌پذیری‌های زیرساختی کشور را افزایش خواهند داد و در آینده یقینا تبدیل به یکی از مسائل عمده امنیت ملی خواهند شد، فرآیندی که از قبل آغاز شده است.

با توجه بدین امر جای دارد که سیاستگذاران ایران مسأله جنگ سایبری را جزو اولویت‌های کاری خود قرار داده و کشور را برای ورود به میدان‌های جنگی مجازی آماده سازند. پرورش متخصصین نخبه، ارائه آموزش‌های همگانی، تقویت نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری زیرساخت‌های سایبری و رصد دائمی نیروهای سایبری سایر کشورها می‌توانند از اهمیتی کلیدی در رویکرد سایبری کشور برخوردار باشند.

I. INTRODUCTION
In opposing John Farahi’s request to release frozen funds to allow for
payment of living expenses and attorney’s fees, the SEC has demonstrated why the
request should be granted. From the outset of this litigation, Farahi and his counsel
have sought to settle with the SEC, work with the receiver, and preserve the
remaining assets for the benefit of the NewPoint investors. Farahi chose not to fight
the temporary restraining order placing a receiver over his business or contest the
allegations of the complaint. Instead, Farahi has consented to the entry of a
judgment against him, stipulated to put business entities into the receivership, turned
over personal assets to the receiver, and offered to turn over additional assets to the
receiver, including his residence, boat and car. Notwithstanding Farahi’s attempts to
make peace with the SEC and return funds to the investors, the SEC has continued
to litigate the case aggressively.
Farahi’s counsel attempted on several occasions to negotiate a reasonable
resolution to the issue of living expenses. The SEC knows that Farahi has no source
of income after it shut down his business, yet it has steadfastly refused to negotiate
and forced Farahi to litigate this issue, despite the precedent permitting payment of
reasonable living expenses from personal funds.1 The SEC cannot contest that
Farahi has some personal funds that have no relationship to NewPoint, completely
ignoring in their Opposition, for example, Farahi’s interest in a Carson City real
estate partnership. The SEC also fails to articulate a rational argument why the
Court should not release some funds from Farahi’s personal income tax refund. As
to the boat and the car, despite the fact that these are personal assets, Farahi has
agreed to place them in the hands of the receiver for sale, and requests only that a

portion of the sales proceeds be set aside for personal expenses, with the majority of
the proceeds going to benefit the investors. In short, Farahi is entitled to some
distribution from his frozen funds to use to pay living expenses.
While Farahi’s counsel have expended far less time on the is matter than SEC
counsel, the SEC’s aggressive litigation strategy has caused Farahi’s counsel to
expend substantially more time and resources than would otherwise have been
necessary. Early on, Farahi’s counsel sought to negotiate a complete settlement that
would have resulted in his dismissal from the action. The SEC refused, insisting
that the settlement be bifurcated, with an upfront agreement not to contest the
allegations of the complaint and further litigation as to the remedy. Part of the legal
fees incurred in the requested time period related to negotiating and finalizing the
settlement. Part has been spend responding to requests for information from the
receiver. Part has been spent preparing an asset statement to comply with the
consent judgment. While Farahi has filed only this motion to modify and the Courtordered
asset schedule, there are now more than 100 entries on the Court’s docket,
including numerous pleadings. Counsel would be remiss if they did not review
these pleadings and counsel the client as to the proceedings.
Even after Farahi settled, the SEC has continued to go after him and his
family. Following the settlement, the SEC amended its complaint to name his
children and an entity controlled by his wife’s uncle as additional relief defendants
without even taking the time to discuss the facts with Farahi’s counsel to determine
if there was any reasonable basis for adding these new parties. The SEC argues as if
Farahi had no interest and his counsel need not be actively involved in these
proceedings, but its actions belie its argument. The SEC’s papers regarding Quiff
are filled with false accusations that Farahi diverted NewPoint funds to Quiff,
allegations which Farahi is confident will be proven baseless.
In short, Farahi’s counsel seeks money out of Farahi’s personal funds, funds
which the Receiver has made no claim over, to pay for reasonable legal expenses.

II. ARGUMENT
A. The Court Should Release Funds for Living Expenses.
Farahi requested that the Court permit him to draw $5,500 per month from the
frozen assets for personal living expenses, including $3,900 per month for health
insurance and medical care, and the remainder for food, gas and telephone service.
The SEC concedes that these requests are for necessities, not luxuries. (Opp. at 4.)
The SEC also does not contest the reasonableness of the amounts requested for
personal expenses, or the evidence provided to prove the amounts.
Nevertheless, the SEC argues that Farahi should be denied funds for medical
treatment because a NewPoint investor is unable to pay for her medical expenses.
But this appeal to emotion is not a grounds to deny release of Farahi’s personal
funds to pay for his personal living expenses. Moreover, depriving Farahi of funds
for medical care will not help that investor with her bills. The SEC and receiver are
the ones who have chosen not to distribute funds to this investor based on her
hardship. Indeed, the SEC’s complaint accused Farahi of favoring investors with
redemptions based on such personal hardships. (FAC ¶ 28.)
The SEC further argues that Farahi can borrow funds from his sons to pay for
living expenses. (Opp. at 4 n. 2.) This argument is not worthy even of a footnote.
The SEC has no evidence that the sons possess funds to help him, and its allegations
against the sons are baseless. The SEC did not even bother to ask Farahi’s counsel
to explain how the distributions to bank accounts in the sons’ names were used
before making these allegations. More importantly, it is not what is at issue here.
With a weak argument against Farahi’s reasonable request to release funds to
pay for medical care, health insurance and food, the SEC’s opposition focuses
instead on his separate request for funds to maintain his home. The SEC
misconstrues the reasoning behind Farahi’s request. Farahi has already offered to
put the home in the hands of the receiver, and for the receiver to take over the
expenses. While Farahi has no equity in the house, that is because in addition to a

first and second mortgage held by banks, NewPoint has a lien on the property. As
of today, Farahi understands that the receiver has not decided finally whether there
may be sufficient equity in the property for him to take it over, and the banks have
not attempted to foreclose. If the Court agrees with the SEC that the property
should not be maintained for the benefit of the creditors, including NewPoint, then
no funds will be spent to maintain it, and the ultimate sales price will in all
likelihood be lessened. If the Court agrees with Farahi, then he will keep up the
value of the property. In the meantime, Farahi continues to reside in the house in
part to conserve his frozen assets. There is nothing callous about that.
B. The Court Should Release Funds for Payment of Attorney’s Fees.
Farahi requested that the Court modify the asset freeze to permit payment of
his actual and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred from January 27, 2010 to the
present.2 The SEC has opposed counsel’s request, arguing that the request is not
sufficiently specific and questioning the reasonableness of the amount, given the
early settlement as to liability. The SEC’s argument ignores the facts that since
January 27, 2010, Farahi’s counsel have:
 negotiated a bifurcated settlement with the SEC and counseled their
client through the settlement process;
 worked with the receiver and the client to respond to the receiver’s
requests for information and to transfer assets to the receiver;
 counseled their client regarding the SEC proceedings, including the
preparation of a schedule of assets;

to a stipulation and prior court order to Bird Marella and to attorney Sylvia Scott’s
law firm Freeman Freeman & Smiley. Ms. Scott has since withdrawn from
representing John Farahi, Gissou Farahi and Elaheh Amouei. Without counsel, Mrs.
Farahi has been unable to settle the case, and currently is without representation.

 reviewed the more than 100 pleadings filed in this action to advise their
client about what if any action to take in response; and
 communicated with counsel for the SEC, the receiver, and codefendants
in response to the numerous filings of these parties.
During this period, Farahi’s counsel have diligently represented their client – the
primary subject of the SEC case – while keeping in mind his interest (shared with
the SEC) in preserving assets for the benefit of the NewPoint investors. Counsel
have attempted to resolve every issue without judicial intervention, and have not
filed any papers other than the Court-ordered schedule of assets and this request to
modify the asset freeze, an issue which counsel attempted to resolve several times
with the SEC and the receiver before filing.
The SEC criticizes Farahi’s counsel for taking an active role in litigating not
only on behalf of their client, but also on behalf of other parties in the case. (Opp. at
5.) But the SEC’s criticism is misplaced. The SEC made Farahi the centerpiece of
its argument against Quiff by falsely accusing him of diverting funds to Quiff’s
account and taking his deposition on an expedited basis on the morning of the
hearing. Farahi’s counsel were obligated to defend his interests under these
circumstances, and present Farahi’s testimony to the Court, leaving Quiff’s counsel
to represent its separate interests. Likewise, the SEC cannot argue in good faith that
its allegations against the relief defendants Triple J and Farahi’s children are
unrelated to Farahi when the allegations focus almost exclusively on Farahi’s
actions, not the relief defendants.
During this period from January 28, 2010 through March 31, 2010, despite
the massive amount of litigation and actions taking place in this case, Farahi’s lead
attorney Gary Lincenberg has billed only 62 hours of time (about seven hours per
week), attorney David Hurwitz has billed 133 hours of time (about fifteen hours per
week), and paralegal Eric Lassiter has billed 2 hours. This totals $107,619 of billed
time. These time entries are reflected in the billing records of Bird Marella. (See

Declaration of Gary S. Lincenberg ¶ 2 filed with this reply.) Counsel have also
billed $2,351.97 of expenses, including $1,548.40 paid to a copying service. (Id.)
These amounts are reasonable given the volume and complexity of work in
this case over the past two months, including the settlement of the liability phase of
this action. See SEC v. Petters, 2009 WL 3379954 at *3 (D. Minn. Oct. 20, 2009)
(approving attorney’s fees of $360,000 for representing defendant between July 10
and August 31, 2009). The SEC relies on SEC v. Private Equity Management
Group, Inc., 2009 WL 2058247 (C.D. Cal. July 9, 2009) for the proposition that
detailed submissions are required to support the reasonableness of a fee request. But
that case is distinguishable because it involved a request for the release of $2 million
for future attorney’s fees. The Court denied the request with leave to re-file because
the defendant had not shown the fee request was reasonable under the factors
outlined in Kerr v. Screen Extras Guild, 526 F.2d 67, 70 (9th Cir. 1975). Unlike the
request in Private Equity, counsel here have already performed the work for which
they seek payment, and the reasonableness of the amount cannot be disputed by the
SEC, who caused the majority of the work to be done. Regardless, counsel’s hours
fall well within the range of reasonableness under the multi-factor test approved by
the Ninth Circuit in Kerr.3 Farahi’s counsel will submit its bills for in camera
review if the Court desires further proof of the reasonable it its time and expenses,
but the SEC has no right to review them. Private Equity, 2009 WL at *3 n. 2.

C. Farahi Has Shown Untainted Sources of Funds.
Farahi showed in his moving papers that he had several sources from which to
draw personal funds to pay for his reasonable living expenses and attorneys’ fees.
These include: (1) his interest in the Sunset Carson City Apartments limited
partnership; (2) his personal tax refund; (3) his boat and car.
First, The SEC concedes by its silence that Sunset Carson asset is untainted,
as it must. Farahi made that real estate investment before 1980, long before the
establishment of NewPoint. Farahi should be permitted to sell his interest and use
the proceeds for his expenses. The SEC does not argue this point.
Second, the SEC argues that the personal tax refund does not belong to
Farahi, although it came from the federal treasury, not NewPoint’s investors.
Although Farahi has agreed not to contest the allegations of the complaint for
settlement purposes, the SEC’s complaint and argument presents a one-sided
version of the facts that requires further explanation to understand the tax return.
Before the TRO shut down its business, NewPoint raised money by selling
debentures to investors and agreeing to pay the investors fixed rates of interest in
return. NewPoint had discretion as to how to invest the money, so long as it
fulfilled its contractual promise to pay back the investors principal and interest
pursuant to the terms of the debenture. NewPoint earned the money to pay the
principal and interest on the debentures by loaning funds to Farahi personally at a
rate of interest greater than that promised to the investors. Farahi in turn invested
the borrowed funds, along with his own personal funds, in various ways, including
substantial amounts in S&P 500 option futures trading. For many years, Farahi’s
options trading generated profits far in excess of his cost of borrowing from
NewPoint, and he was able to pay back NewPoint and NewPoint in turn was able to
pay the principal and interest on the debentures. Farahi earned substantial income
and paid substantial amounts of income tax. The investors received their promised
rate of return, and presumably paid tax on the interest income they received.

All of that changed when the stock market crashed in late 2008. Farahi
suffered substantial losses in his options trading during this period. This included
profits he had made in past trading as well as funds he had borrowed from NewPoint
for trading. Farahi personally paid taxes when he made money in prior years’
trading, and he personally received refunds from the treasury when he reported the
losses from his trading in 2008. Over the course of 2009, he made several million
dollars in stock options trading as the market recovered and was able to pay back
substantial sums to the investors. That came to an abrupt end when the SEC filed
for the TRO and the receiver shut down his business in January 2010.
The SEC argues that Farahi somehow has concealed what happened to the
funds from his federal tax refund received in November 2009. (Opp. 6-7 n. 5.) But
this ignores what Farahi told the receiver about what use he made of these funds.
Some of these funds were deposited with lawyers in client trust accounts, including
the Banafshe Law Firm, for just this eventuality so that he could trace the funds for
legal expenses back to the tax refunds. This also includes the remaining $50,000
that Bird Marella holds in its client trust account. (Lincenberg Dec. ¶ 6.) The SEC
has not clearly stated whether it opposes our applying the remaining funds in our
trust account against our bills, which they had previously stipulated to as to the
payment of attorneys’ fees billed through January 27, 2010.4 Other amounts were
deposited in the Winners’ account or used to pay back funds previously borrowed.
The receiver and his team of attorneys and accountants have had access to Farahi’s
accounting records for three months, and have raised no questions about Farahi’s
explanation of how the funds were used. The SEC counsel’s declaration attaches
email correspondence explaining how some of the funds were used. (Smyth Dec.
4 Farahi still has funds in other law firm trust accounts which were deposited with
these firms prior to the freeze order. In this motion to modify, counsel has
intentionally sought the release only of funds from its own and one other law firm.

Ex. 2.) The SEC cannot now pretend as if none of this had been explained.
Third, the SEC argues that Farahi did not purchase the boat and car with his
own funds, because he somehow used the funds borrowed from NewPoint to obtain
lines of credit. The SEC provides no evidence to support this argument, and the
documents it submitted with its opposition tend to disprove its own argument.
Farahi’s personal statement of financial condition as of July 31, 2008 (before the
stock market crash) shows that he had cash or cash equivalents in bank and
brokerage accounts of $23 million. (Smyth Dec. Ex. 3.) The same document states
that at the time, Farahi personally owed $5 million to NewPoint.5 (Id.) Thus, prior
to the market crash, Farahi had a substantial positive net worth over and above what
he and affiliated entities owed NewPoint and its investors. Farahi does not argue
that these amounts were not commingled, but only that he clearly had substantial
personal assets to purchase assets and to support lines of credit to purchase assets
such as the car and the boat. Farahi has already agreed to turn over the car and boat
to the receiver and is waiting on a buyer. He only requests that some portion of the
sales proceeds be set aside for living expenses if other funds are no longer available.
Finally, Farahi’s application for payment of attorneys’ fees should be
approved as a matter of equity within the Court’s exercise of its discretion. In
January 2010, when the SEC completed its pre-filing investigation and filed this
civil action, counsel had the choice whether to continue to represent Farahi and
appear as counsel of record. We informed the SEC and the receiver that our retainer
came from Farahi’s personal tax refund. (Smyth Dec. Ex. 2.) The SEC and the
receiver agreed that we could draw against those funds, and stipulated to an order
permitting us to draw against our retainer for amounts billed through January 27,

2010. The Court entered that stipulated order. At no time did the SEC or the
receiver object to our using amounts on retainer derived from Farahi’s personal
income tax refund. To the contrary, the receiver and his counsel agreed to this and
the SEC voiced no objection.6 (Lincenberg Dec. ¶ 4.) Indeed, the SEC agreed in
our pre-filing discussions about this motion that it had no objection to the Banafshe
Law Firm transferring the funds held on retainer to our client trust account, and the
SEC did not object to that request in opposing this motion. (Id. ¶ 5.)
Now for the first time, the SEC argues that the tax return is an inappropriate
source of funds. We believe this argument is wrong as argued above, But if the
Court agrees with the SEC on this point, counsel requests that the Court grant
Farahi’s request as to the amounts billed before April 1, 2010, when the SEC first
took this position in its opposition. Counsel will then have to decide whether they
will be able to continue to represent Farahi under these changed circumstances.
III. CONCLUSION
For all of these reasons, Farahi’s motion to modify the asset freeze order
should be granted to allow payment of his reasonable living expenses and attorney’s
fees in the amounts requested.

There were too many religions in Rome in 325 A.D. A Council was called in an endeavor to amalgamate the many religions of the Roman Empire into one. Christianity plagiarized older myths and legends historicized to suit the Roman Catholic Church while combining the numerous religions existing at the time (Krishna, Horus, Mithraism, Osirian, Isis, and many other mystery religions). For unity and to stop all the conflicts between the numerous religions…

Christianity was INVENTED.

Eusebius (Bishop of Caesarea in Palestine “Father of Church History“) attended the Council of Nicaea in 325 A.D. and was a friend of Emperor Constantine, who also attended and made the keynote speech. Constantine instructed Eusebius to organize the compilation of a uniform collection of new writings developed from primary aspects of the religious texts submitted at the council. Eusebius has been described as follows: Jacob Burckhardt (19th century cultural historian) dismissed Eusebius as ”the first thoroughly dishonest historian of antiquity”. He has been also described as “a political theologian”. He favored doctoring his history in his own words to “be useful first to ourselves and afterwards to posterity”. Edward Gibbon (18th century historian –“The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire”) dismissed his testimony on the number of martyrs and impugned his honesty.

Eusebius then arranged for scribes to produce fifty sumptuous copies to be written on parchment in a legible manner, and in a convenient portable form, by professional scribes thoroughly accomplished in their art (ibid.).

These orders, said Eusebius, were followed by the immediate execution of the work itself we sent him [Constantine] magnificently and elaborately bound volumes of three-fold and four-fold forms (Life of Constantine, vol. iv, p.36). They were the New Testimonies, and this is the first mention (c. 331) of the New Testament in the historical record. With his instructions fulfilled, Constantine then decreed that the New Testimonies would thereafter be called the word of the Roman Saviour God (Life of Constantine, vol. iii, p. 29) andofficial to all presbyters sermonising in the Roman Empire.

He then ordered earlier presbyterial manuscripts and the records of the council burnt and declared that any man found concealing writings should be stricken off from his shoulders (beheaded).

Why there are no records of Jesus Christ?

It is not possible to find in any legitimate religious or historical writings compiled between the beginning of the first century and well into the fourth century any reference to Jesus Christ and the spectacular events that the Church says accompanied his life. This confirmation comes from Frederic Farrar (1831-1903) of Trinity College, Cambridge:

“It is amazing that history has not embalmed for us even one certain or definite saying or circumstance in the life of the Saviour of mankind … there is no statement in all history that says anyone saw Jesus or talked with him. Nothing in history is more astonishing than the silence of contemporary writers about events relayed in the four Gospels.” (The Life of Christ, Frederic W. Farrar, Cassell, London, 1874)

This situation arises from a conflict between history and New Testament narratives. Dr Tischendorf made this comment:

“We must frankly admit that we have no source of information with respect to the life of Jesus Christ other than ecclesiastic writings assembled during the fourth century.” (Codex Sinaiticus, Dr Constantin von Tischendorf, British Library, London)

There is an explanation for those hundreds of years of silence: the construct of Christianity did not begin until after the first quarter of the fourth century, and that is why Pope Leo X (d. 1521) called Christ a “fable” (Cardinal Bembo: His Letters…, op. cit.), and later Pope Paul III expressed similar sentiments, saying that there was no valid document to demonstrate the existence of Christ. He confessed that Jesus never existed, adding that he was no other than the sun, adored in its Mithraic sect…”

It has often been emphasized that Christianity is unlike any other religion, for it stands or falls by certain events which are alleged to have occurred during a short period of time some 20 centuries ago. Those stories are presented in the New Testament, and as new evidence is revealed it will become clear that they do not represent historical realities.

The Church agrees, saying:

The Church makes extraordinary admissions about its New Testament. This statement conflicts with priesthood assertions that the earliest Gospels were progressively written during the decades following the death of the Gospel (sic) Jesus Christ. In a remarkable aside, the Church further admits that, “the earliest of the extant manuscripts [of the New Testament], it is true, do not date back beyond the middle of the fourth century AD”– (Catholic Encyclopedia, op. cit., pp. 656-7).

That is some 350 years after the time the Church claims that a Jesus Christ walked the sands of Palestine, and here the true story of Christian origins slips into one of the biggest black holes in history. There is, however, a reason why there were no New Testaments until the fourth century: they were not written until then, and here we find evidence of the greatest misrepresentation of all time. It was British-born Flavius Constantinus (Constantine, originally Custennyn or Custennin) (272-337) who authorized the compilation of the writings now called the New Testament.

Pliny the Younger (c. 61 – c. 112), the provincial governor of Pontus and Bithynia, wrote to Emperor Trajan c. 112 concerning how to deal with Christians, who refused to worship the emperor, and instead worshiped “Christus”.

Eusebius was the dishonest Church Father historian of antiquity who made up a lot of Church history. “we shall introduce into this history in general only those events which may be useful first to ourselves and afterwards to posterity”. Ever since the late October release of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s latest report on Iran, the White House has been working overtime to convince the world that it is, in fact, committed to preventing the Islamic Republic from going nuclear. Last month, responding to criticism of his Iran policy from Republican challengers, President Obama argued that the sanctions levied by his Administration to date have had “enormous bite.”
The reality, however, is considerably more modest. While it has publicly pledged its commitment to a serious economic offensive aimed at derailing Iran’s nuclear drive, in practice the White House has done far less than necessary to achieve that objective.
Thus, nearly a year-and-a-half after the passage by Congress of the most comprehensive sanctions ever levied against the Iranian regime, that leverage remains largely unused. To date, the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability & Divestment Act (CISADA) has been applied to just ten foreign companies and entities by an Administration skittish about upsetting foreign corporations and roiling global markets. The White House likewise has proved hostile to CISADA’s successor, the Iran Threat Reduction Act, despite broad support in Congress for the legislation, which would significantly tighten the economic noose around Iran via a number of new penalties and restrictions. And most recently, Administration officials are putting the brakes on what may be the most crucial step yet in sanctions against Iran: targeting the country’s Central Bank.
The logic behind the measure is obvious. Quite simply, Iran’s Central Bank represents one of the most potent ways to hit Iran’s chief export commodity: oil. Iran currently ranks as the second largest producer in OPEC, exporting an estimated 2.4 million barrels of crude daily. In turn, oil and natural gas sales account for some 80 percent of the country’s hard currency export earnings.
The Central Bank of Iran lies at the center of this energy architecture. It serves as an intermediary between the state oil company, the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), and the Iranian regime’s international energy customers. By isolating the Bank from global markets, the thinking goes, the United States can help dry up critical funding for the Iranian regime and its strategic programs. The impact, moreover, could be magnified exponentially if such sanctions are coupled with an international embargo on Iranian crude oil exports—something that European countries have begun to discuss in earnest.
Congress understands this very well. Last week, the U.S. Senate voted unanimously in favor of an amendment to the Defense Authorization Bill taking serious aim at Iran’s Central Bank, and establishing a framework for penalizing those global firms that do business with it. The bipartisan measure, sponsored by Senators Mark Kirk (R-IL) and Robert Menendez (D-NJ), passed the Senate with an unprecedented vote of 100 to 0—the clearest indication to date that Congress is committed to waging real economic warfare against the Iranian regime.
The White House, however, doesn’t seem to be. The Administration reportedly is now actively working to dilute the sanctions, requesting material changes to the amendment that would significantly soften the proposed economic pressure on Tehran. In the process, it has sent the unmistakable signal this it is not truly serious about putting the financial squeeze on the Islamic Republic.
Why has the White House gone wobbly on Central Bank sanctions, a measure it itself supported not so long ago? As the Wall Street Journal notes, Administration worries have a great deal to do with the potential impact of such a designation on global oil prices—and, as a result, on prices at the pump. But there are compelling reasons to conclude that the impact of Central Bank sanctions on the global oil market is likely to be less severe than Team Obama seems to fear.
Here, Libya serves as a useful barometer. The three-and-a-half month civil war there earlier this year took the country’s oil production of 1.3 million barrels daily offline in its entirety. In response, global markets registered a significant hike in oil prices. However, this surge took largely place without serious alterations to consumer demand—or severe spikes in the price of gasoline.
There is reason to suspect that a removal of Iranian production would similarly not prove catastrophic. Although Iran’s oil output is considerably larger than that of Libya, authoritative estimates suggest there is sufficient non-Iranian crude available to meet global demand into the foreseeable future, even if current rates of world production remain static. Moreover, countries like Saudi Arabia have already indicated their willingness to ramp up oil output in order to offset any commodity price increases that would occur if and when Iranian oil goes offline. Any such increased pumping would work to drive down prices and compensate for the absence of Iranian crude. And if Washington makes judicious use of the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve to mitigate price spikes in the global energy market, the effects on domestic consumers are likely to be more minimal still.
All this should matter a great deal to the White House. Whatever the public rhetoric, it is painfully clear that the economic pressure levied by Washington so far has fallen short of dissuading Iran’s ayatollahs from seeking the bomb. Recent weeks have seen a flurry of new activity on the sanctions front, as the Obama administration and its allies scramble to make their economic pressure on Iran truly matter. Such steps, however, are destined to remain marginal unless they begin to target Iran’s most important economic institution and its most lucrative export commodity.

Khomeini's Background & His British Father

With all bets off, the Iranian reformers have now struck at the heart of the revolution and are insisting on an inquiry into the disappearance of Imam (Ayatollah) Musa Sadr, some 25-years ago, during a visit to Libya. The Iranian-born leader of the Lebanese Shia, Imam Musa Sadr, was revered and respected above all others in the Shia world. He refused to accept Khomeini as an Ayatollah. With the influence Imam Musa Sadr enjoyed, he became an insurmountable obstacle to Khomeini’s political plans, and of those who supported the overthrow of the Shah and needed a despot like Khomeini to be their cat’s paw.

Imam (Ayatollah) Musa Sadr’s mysterious disappearance in Libya - his body was never found- opened the way for Khomeini to invade Iran, which accurately describes the action of a foreigner like Khomeini taking over a country in which he (Khomeini) was neither born nor had any Persian blood in his veins at all, paternally or maternally.
While one devout Iranian in California speaks of Khomeini reverently as a great man, similar to Hitler, other less friendly Persians liken him to an invader like Genghis Khan the Mongol scourge.

The cornerstone and founder of the Islamic Revolution of Iran was Ayatollah Khomeini and the structure which he put in place. However, there is compelling evidence that Khomeini was never an Iranian in the first place and had no right to impose his policies on the Iranian people. Nor was his elevation to the title of ayatollah anything more than a political, face-saving expediency to prevent his being hanged for treason in 1964. Considerable effort was made in 1979 to eradicate evidence of any record of either Khomeini's non-Iranian origins and the source of his use of the title of Ayatollah.
One of the first actions which Khomeini took, within hours of his return to Iran after the Shah left, was to execute two prominent men who were living proof of his origin and also of his false Ayatollah status. One of these was Gen. Hassan Pakravan, Head of SAVAK, the Imperial Iranian national intelligence and security organization.
Furthermore he immediately tried to assassinate the highly-respected Ayatollah Shariatmadari, who, with Ayatollah Golpayegani, had in 1964 granted Khomeini the false title. They had agreed to allow Khomeini, then literally awaiting death on charges of treason, to be called an Ayatollah to save his life: it was forbidden to execute an Ayatollah. This took place in 1964 at the urging of the British Ambassador to Iran and Gen. Pakravan, when a face-saving legal reason had to be found not to hang Khomeini for treason. It is known that Pakravan had fought hard to avoid Khomeinis execution at that time.

Later, when the 1979 assassination attempt failed against Shariatmadari, Shariatmadari, far higher in the religious hierarchy than Khomeini, was placed, incommunicado and under house arrest, without the right to preach or receive visitors other than a handful of close relatives, whose anti-Khomeini statements could be easily impugned as biased.

Few contest that Khomeini’s mother was a Kashmiri Indian, but even fewer Iranians or otherwise know his fathers origins or his real name. The late Iranian Senator Moussavi, who represented Khuzestan Province in Southern Iran, at the time of the monarchy, knew Khomeini’s father and his four sons well, looked after their needs, used his influence to obtain their Iranian identity cards with fictitious dates and places of birth to avoid military service. Sen. Moussavi died for this help, on Khomeini's personal orders, immediately on Khomaini return from France after the 1979 coup.

SAVAK chief Gen. Pakravan, the man who saved Khomeini's life in 1964, was taken that same night onto the roof of his house and shot to death for having compiled a complete background file on Khomeini. The SAVAK background file still exists, as a senior SAVAK official, who defected and joined SAVAMA (the clerics equivalent of the SAVAK) took possession of it. This same man was reportedly head of SAVAMA in the US for quite some time, and sources indicate that he has kept the file for a rainy day.

Why did Khomeini return to Iran with such a bloodthirsty mind set? It seems clear that it was to exact the revenge which he said he would have. Prior to his return to Iran in 1979, Khomeini openly stated that he would kill as many Iranians. He considered everyone in Iran guilty in advance as there were hairs on the head of his son, killed in a car accident, but in his mind killed by Iranian authorities.

Unable to provide an acceptable paternal background for Khomeini, a story was concocted to link his paternal heritage to that of his Kashmiri Indian mother and introduced an Indian-born father (also from Kashmir) but of Iranian heritage. In fact, no such person existed. But someone with similar and misleading characteristics certainly did, which could lend credence to this fiction of an Indian father.

Khomeini’s real father, William Richard Williamson, was born in Bristol, England, in 1872 of British parents and lineage. This detail is based on first-hand evidence from a former Iranian employee of the Anglo- Iranian Oil Company (later known as British Petroleum- BP), who worked with and met the key players of this saga. This fact was supported by the lack of a denial in 1979 by Col. Archie Chisholm, a BP political officer and former editor at The Financial Times, when interviewed on the subject at his home in County Cork, Ireland, by a British newspaper.

The then-78-year old Chisholm stated: I knew Haji [as Williamson was later known] well; he worked for me. He certainly went native but whether he is Khomeini’s father I could not say. Would not an outright, ridiculing denial have been the natural response, were there no truth to the British paternity? From someone who knew Haji [and thus the truth] well?

Chisholm obviously wished to avoid a statement leading to political controversy or possible personal retribution in the very year Khomeini took over in Iran. Nor as a former, experienced political officer himself would he be willing to drag Britain into the new Middle East conflict. But neither was he prepared to provide an outright lie instead of his no comment.

How it all happened:

A stocky, handsome, dark-haired Bristol boy, Richard Williamson ran away to sea at the age of 13 as a cabin boy, on a ship bound for Australia. However, he jumped ship before he got there. Little is known about him until he showed up, at the age of 20, in Aden at the Southern end of the Arabian Peninsula in South Yemen, where he joined the local police force.

His good looks soon had Sultan Fazl bin-Ali, ruler of Lahej, persuading him to quit the police force to live with him. Richard later left him for another Sheikh, Yousef Ibrahim, a relative of the Al- Sabah family, which rules Kuwait today.

A few points should be remembered about the Persian Gulf and Arabian Peninsula area at that time. Regional countries like Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, Saudi Arabia and so forth did not exist as sovereign entities and were artificially created about 70 years ago by the British and French governments when they partitioned the area. Iran, or Persia as it was called, was soon to be controlled by Russian Cossacks in the North and the British Army in the South, although technically it remained an independent monarchy under the largely absentee Qajar dynasty.

British military presence in Iran was under Lt.-Col. Sykes (later Sir Percy Sykes), based in Shiraz, but politically controlled by Sir Arnold Wilson in Khorramshahr (then called Mohammareh) with assistance from E. Elkington in Masjid-Suleiman and Dr. Young, based in Ahwaz. All three were cities in Khuzestan Province, which was later represented by Senator Moussavi. Col. T.E. Lawrence, who gained fame as Lawrence of Arabia, operated out of Basra in Mesopotamia (Iraq) and Khorramshahr during this same period.

Oilfields, far beyond the technological capability of the Arab tribes (or Persia) to develop or appreciate as a valuable commodity, were being discovered and exploited by the British, including via the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company, formed to siphon off oil from Khuzestan Province in Southern Iran.

Kuwait, on the other side of the Persian Gulf was still not a country at the time. As the major player in the Middle East oil industry, Britain had to exert influence and control through its political and oil personnel. Haji Abdullah Williamson became one of these in 1924 when he joined British Petroleum as political officer. He retired under that same name in 1937, at the age of 65. Earlier, in what is now Kuwait, Richard Williamson had very quickly converted to Islam and adopted the first name of Abdullah. Family names were still unusual and son of the son of or son of a type of worker or craftsman was still commonly used to identify people. For 14 years he had lived among the Bedouin tribes on the Arabian Peninsula and in 1895 and 1898 he went on pilgrimages to Mecca, took on the rightful title of Haji and took on his first benefactors name of Fazl, adding Zobeiri to it as a distinguisher. Thus, William Richard Williamson became known as Haji Abdullah Fazl Zobeiri.

During his service with British Petroleum in the Persian Gulf, Haji Abdullah took his vacations in Indian Kashmir, to rest from the relentless Gulf heat and in this timeframe married at least seven times to Arab and Indian women each under Muslim marriage rituals. He had 13 children of whom seven were boys and the rest girls with most of the children dying in early childhood. His repeated Kashmir excursions and Indian wives and use of the name Abdullah Fazl Zobeiri probably give rise to the Kashmir Indian father misconception.

With dark-haired Haji Abdullah a fanatically devout Muslim, a characteristic he imposed on his children, this fervent religious attitude and Arab nomenclature would not normally be an expected combination for a foreigner, especially an Englishman. He insisted his four surviving sons attend religious school in Najaf (in Iraq) under the tutelage of Ayatollahs Yazdi (meaning of the city of Yazd) and Shirazi (of the city of Shiraz). Two of them, Hindizadeh (meaning Indian born) and Passandideh (meaning pleasing or approved) studied well and eventually became ayatollahs in their own right.

The third boy, a troublesome young man, failed to make his mark in Najaf and went to the Iranian holy city of Qom, where he studied under Ayatollah Boroujerdi. When family names became a requirement by law under His Majesty Reza Shah, the young man chose the city of his residence, Khomein, as the designator and took on the name Khomeini (meaning: “from Khomein city”).

The fourth son hated theology and went across the Persian Gulf to Kuwait and opened up two gas (petrol) stations using the paternal family name of Haji Ali Williamson, though it is unclear if he ever performed the Haj pilgrimage. This in itself links Khomeini through that brother with Haji Williamson. Why, otherwise, would Rouhallah Khomeinis undisputed brother use the Williamson family name? The patriarch of this brood, Haji Abdullah Fazl Zobeiri (aka Haji Abdullah Williamson in BP), was thrown out of Iran by Reza Shah along with three other British political officers for anti-Iranian activity and joined his son in Kuwait. Here he took on the duties of Oil Distribution for the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company.

With his longstanding contacts in the Arab world and his Muslim religion, he forced a 50/50 agreement between US oil interests in Kuwait and the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company as well as in 1932 pursuing the exclusive exploration rights for British Petroleum in Abu Dhabi.

His lack of a formal education forced British Petroleum to send out Archie H. T. Chisholm (see above), a senior executive, to conclude the Abu Dhabi contract and together with Haji Abdullah’s political influence they overcame competition from Major Frank Holmes, Sheikh Hussein and Mohammad Yateen to successfully land the exclusive contract. Chisholm, as he said, got to know Khomeini’s father well. Back in Iran again in 1960, Khomeini saw an opportunity to exact revenge for his father having been thrown out of Iran and to impose his Islamic fundamentalist philosophy onto an Iran struggling with budget problems, caused mostly by its oil being in the control of foreign oil companies, which decided not Iran how much oil the country was allowed to produce and at what price it had to be sold.

With his own and his family's theological background, Khomeni began to foment an anti-monarchy revolt through the mosques, which by 1964 resulted in imposition of martial law and finally with his arrest and his being sentenced to death by hanging. And consequently he was given the life-saving Ayatollah title which he had not earned.

After formally being exiled to Turkey, Khomeini ended up in Iraq where he wrote some philosophical and social behavior dissertations which were so bizarre by religious standards that, where possible, the tracts were bought up and destroyed by the Iranian Government when he took over in 1979. The most damning were in Arabic language versions and then later, cleaner versions appeared as edited translations in Farsi.

Some linguists, who studied his public speeches in 1979 and 1980, concluded his Farsi vocabulary to be less than 200 words, so not only did he not have Persian blood, he did not even speak the language. With the number of Iranians who have died because of him and his successors over the past 25 years going into the hundreds of thousands, if not well over a million if the death toll from the eight-year Iran-Iraq war is included, this Anglo-Indian may have had no love or compassion for Iranians either.

In the Iran Air aircraft flying Khomeini back from France to Tehran in early 1979, with cameras rolling, a journalist asked: What do you feel about returning to Iran? He replied: Nothing! The question was repeated, and again he replied: Nothing!

Summary of Khomeini's Background
1. In 1964 Ayatollah Shariatmadari and Ayatollah Golpayegani gave Khomeini the title of Ayatollah. Reportedly, they had done this to save Khomeini's life, as Khomeini was facing a charge of treason against the Shah. And reportedly it was the UK ambassador who had urged that Khomeini be saved.

2. Shariatmadari was higher in the religious hierarchy than Khomeini. In 1979, after Khomeini took over Iran, he placed Shariatmadari under house arrest.

3. Reportedly, Khomeini was not Iranian. He "was neither born (in Iran) nor had any Persian blood in his veins at all, paternally or maternally." Khomeini's mother was a Kashmiri Indian. Reportedly, a story was invented that Khomeini had a Kashmiri Indian father with Iranian origins. The Iranian Senator Moussavi knew Khomeini's real father. Reportedly Khomeini had Moussavi killed.

4. Reportedly, Khomeini's real father, was William Richard Williamson, born in Bristol, England, in 1872 of British parents and lineage. A witness to this was a former Iranian employee of the Anglo- Iranian Oil Company (later BP), who knew the Khomeini family. In 1979, when Col. Archie Chisholm, a BP political officer and former editor at The Financial Times, was asked about this, he neither confirmed nor denied the story.

William Richard Williamson's biography was written in the early 1950s, by Stanton Hope, a British Journalist and writer who had met Williamson in his home near Basra in the late 1940s. The book title is: Arabian Adventurer: the Story of Haji Williamson

5. Reportedly, Richard Williamson, at the age of 20, was working in South Yemen in the local police force.

"His good looks soon had Sultan Fazl bin-Ali, ruler of Lahej, persuading him to quit the police force to live with him. Richard later left him for another Sheikh, Yousef Ibrahim, a relative of the Al- Sabah family, which rules Kuwait today."

6. In Iran at this time, the British were exploiting the oilfields. Williamson, now a Muslim, joined British Petroleum as political officer. He called himself Haji Abdullah Fazl Zobeiri.

7. Williamson took holidays in Kashmir and married at least seven times to Arab and Indian women. His sons attended religious schools. Reportedly, one son went to the Iranian holy city of Qom and took the name Khomeini.

8. In the early 1960s, Khomeini began to plot against the Shah. In 1964 Khomeini was sentenced to death. By becoming an Ayatollah, his life was saved.

9. Reportedly, in 1979, Khomeini was flown from France to Iran, with the help of the British Intelligence Service, MI6. He took over Iran.

In 1979, Imam (Ayatollah) Mussa Sadr disappeared during a visit to Libya. Imam Mussa Sadr was the Iranian-born leader of the Lebanese Shia and he "was revered and respected above all others in the Shia world."

Why was the Shah of Iran toppled by the CIA and MI6?

The mainstream media would like us to believe that the Shah was overthrown by People Power and that the CIA and MI6 were taken by surprise. However, there is evidence that the CIA and MI6 toppled the Shah because he had become too much of a nationalist, like Egypt’s President Jamal Abdul-Naser, and was not following instructions on oil or even opium.

The CIA did not want left-wing democrats taking over from the Shah as they might not be easy to control. So, reportedly, the CIA allowed the Ayatollahs to take over.

Radio Free Iran claimed that while at Qom, the Ayatollah Khomeini received a "monthly stipend from the British, and he is in constant contact with his masters, the British."

On 19 January 1980, the International Herald Tribune reported that the Shah had said, two years before he was overthrown, that he had heard from two different sources connected with oil companies that the regime in Iran would change.

‘We believe that there was a plan to ensure less oil was offered to the world markets in order to bring down the price (of oil). One country was to be chosen for the sacrifice... It seems that the country chosen to drop its oil production was mine’ said the Shah.

According to the Guardian: “Shah- Oil Companies Helped to Oust Him”

The Shah's nationalist policies were making him more popular in Iran and making his country more independent and more powerful. This worried the CIA and MI6.

1. The Shah bought land from the upper classes and, along with the crown's own land, sold it back cheaply to tenant farmers. Over one and a half million people became land owners, thus ending the old feudal system.

2. The Shah allowed women the right to vote. He brought an end to the wearing of the veil.

3. He developed plans for a $90 billion nuclear power program.

4. The Shah signed petroleum agreements with ENI, the Italian oil company.

5. He began to close down the opium industry. This had been created during the days of British influence.

Former intelligence officer, Dr John Coleman, considers opium to be of prime importance in the toppling of the Shah (Conspirators’ Hierarchy: The Story of the Committee of 300 - 6). Dr Coleman is sometimes described as being a conspiracy theorist.

Coleman believes that the U.S. government toppled the Shah of Iran. He writes:

Why was the Shah deposed...?

In a word, because of DRUGS. The Shah had clamped down and virtually put an end to the immensely lucrative opium trade being conducted out of Iran by the British. At the time that the Shah took over in Iran, there were already one million opium/heroin addicts.

This the British would not tolerate, so they sent the United States to do their dirty work for them in terms of the “special relationship” between the two countries.

When Khomeini took over the U.S. Embassy in Teheran, arms sales by the United States, which had begun with the Shah, were not discontinued...

After 1984, Khomeini’s liberal attitude toward opium had increased the number of addicts to 2 million, according to United Nations and World Health Organization statistics.

Both President Carter and his successor, Ronald Reagan, willingly and with full knowledge of what was at stake, went on supplying arms to Iran even while American hostages languished in captivity...

The arms trade with Iran was sealed at a meeting between Cyrus Vance... and Dr. Hashemi, which resulted in the U.S. Air Force beginning an immediate airlift of arms to Iran, carried on even at the height of the hostage crisis the arms came from U.S. Army stockpiles in Germany and some were even flown directly from the United States with re-fuelling stops at the Azores.

متاسفانه عده‌ای نیز بر این گمان هستند که ایرانیان با آغوش باز به استقبال اعراب شتافتند!!! به همین دلیل بر آن شدم که به بخشی از آن اشاره ‌کنم .

عبدالحسین زرین کوب در کتاب دو قرن سکوت می نویسد: فاتحان، گریختکان را پی گرفتند؛ کشتار بیشمار و تاراج گیری باندازه ای بود که تنها سیصد هزار زن و دختر به بند کشیده شدند.شست هزار تن از آنان به همراه نهصد بار شتری زر و سیم بابت خمس به دارالخلافه فرستاده شدند و در بازارهای برده فروشی اسلامی به فروش رسیدند ؛ با زنان در بند به نوبت همخوابه شدند و فرزندان پدر ناشناخته ی بسیار بر جای نهادند

پس از تسلط اعراب
در حمله به سیستان؛ مردم مقاومت بسیار و اعراب مسلمان خشونت بسیار کردند بطوریکه ربیع ابن زیاد ( سردار عرب ) برای ارعاب مردم و کاستن از شور مقاومت آنان دستور داد تا صدری بساختند از آن کشتگان ( یعنی اجساد کشته شدگان جنگ را روی هم انباشتند ) و هم از آن کشتگان تکیه گاهها ساختند؛ و ربیع ابن زیاد بر شد و بر آن نشست و قرار شد که هر سال از سیستان هزار هزار ( یک میلیون ) درهم به امیر المومنین دهند با هزار غلام بچه و کنیز. ( کتاب تاریخ سیستان صفحه۳۷، ۸۰ - کتاب تاریخ کامل جلد1 صفحه ۳۰۷)

در حمله اعراب به ری مردم شهر پایداری و مقاومت بسیار کردند ؛ بطوریکه مغیره ( سردار عرب ) در این جنگ چشمش را از دست داد . مردم جنگیدند و پایمردی کردند... و چندان از آنها کشته شدند که کشتگان را با نی شماره کردند و غنیمتی که خدا از ری نصیب مسلمانان کرد همانند غنائم مدائن بود .( کتاب تاریخ طبری؛ جلد پنجم صفحه ۱۹۷۵)

در حمله به شاپور نیز مردم پایداری و مقاومت بسیار کردند بگونه ای که عبیدا ( سردار عرب ) بسختی مجروح شد آنچنانکه بهنگام مرگ وصیت کرد تا به خونخواهی او؛ مردم شاپور را قتل عام کنند؛ سپاهیان عرب نیز چنان کردند و بسیاری از مردم شهر را بکشتند. (کتاب فارسنامه ابن بلخی؛ صفحه 116 -کتاب تاریخ طبری؛ جلد پنجم صفحه 2011)

در حمله به الیس؛ جنگی سخت بین سپاهیان عرب و ایران در کنار رودی که بسبب همین جنگ بعد ها به « رود خون » معروف گردید در گرفت. در برابر مقاومت و پایداری سرسختانه ی ایرانیان؛ خالد ابن ولید نذر کرد که اگر بر ایرانیان پیروز گردید « چندان از آنها بکشم که خون هاشان را در رودشان روان کنم » و چون پارسیان مغلوب شدند؛ بدستور خالد « گروه گروه از آنها را که به اسارت گرفته بودند؛ می آوردند و در رود گردن می زدند » مغیره گوید که « بر رود؛ آسیاب ها بود و سه روز پیاپی با آب خون آلود؛ قوت سپاه را که هیجده هزار کس یا بیشتر بودند؛ آرد کردند ... کشتگان ( پارسیان ) در الیس هفتاد هزار تن بود.( کتاب تاریخ طبری؛ جلد چهارم؛ صفحه ۱۴۹۱- کتاب تاریخ ده هزار ساله ایران؛ جلد دوم برگ 123)

در شوشتر؛ مردم وقتی از تهاجم قریب الوقوع اعراب با خبر شدند ؛ خارهای سه پهلوی آهنین بسیار ساختند و در صحرا پاشیدند. چون قشون اسلام به آن حوالی رسیدند ؛ خارها به دست و پای ایشان بنشست ؛ و مدتی در آنجا توقف کردند. پس از تصرف شوشتر ؛ لشکر اعراب در شهر به قتل و غارت پرداختند و آنانی را که از پذیرفتن اسلام خود داری کرده بودند گردن زدند. (کتاب الفتوح صفحه ۲۲۳ – کتاب تذکره شوشتر؛ صفحه۱۶ )

در چالوس رویان؛ عبدالله ابن حازم مامور خلیفه ی اسلام به بهانه (دادرسی ) و رسیدگی به شکایات مردم؛ دستور داد تا آنان را در مکان های متعددی جمع کردند و سپس مردم را یک یک به حضور طلبیدند و مخفیانه گردن زدند بطوریکه در پایان آنروز هیچ کس زنده نماند ... و دیه ی چالوس را آنچنان خراب کردند که تا سالها آباد نشد و املاک مردم را بزور می بردند. (کتاب تاریخ طبرستان صفحه ۱۸۳ - کتاب تاریخ رویان؛ صفحه ۶۹ )

در حمله به سرخس؛ اعراب مسلمان «همه ی مردم شهر را بجز یک صد نفر ؛ کشتند . (کتاب تاریخ کامل؛ جلد سوم؛ صفحه 208و 303)

در حمله به نیشابور؛ مردم امان خواستند که موافقت شد؛ اما مسلمانان چون از اهل شهر کینه داشتند؛ به قتل و غارت مردم پرداختند؛ بطوریکه « آنروز از وقت صبح تا نماز شام می کشتند و غارت می کردند. (کتاب الفتوح؛ صفحه 282 (

در حمله ی اعراب به گرگان؛ مردم با سپاهیان اسلام به سختی جنگیدند؛ بطوریکه سردار عرب ( سعید بن عاص ) از وحشت؛ نماز خوف خواند . پس از مدتها پایداری و مقاومت؛ سرانجام مردم گرگان امان خواستند و سعید ابن عاص به آنان « امان » داد و سوگند خورد « یک تن از مردم شهر را نخواهد کشت » مردم گرگان تسلیم شدند؛ اما سعید ابن عاص همه ی مردم را بقتل رسانید؛ بجز یک تن؛ و در توجیه پیمان شکنی خود گفت: « من قسم خورده بودم که یک تن از مردم شهر را نکشم! .. تعداد سپاهیان عرب در حمله به گرگان هشتاد هزار تن بود. (کتاب تاریخ طبری جلد پنجم صفحه ۲۱۱۶ - کتاب تاریخ کامل؛ جلد سوم ؛ صفحه ۱۷۸ )

پس از فتح" استخر" (سالهای 28-30 هجری) مردم آنجا سر به شورش برداشتند و حاکم عرب آنجا را کشتند. اعراب مسلمان مجبور شدند برای بار دوم" استخر" را محاصره کنند.مقاومت و پایداری ایرانیان آنچنان بود که فاتح "استخر" (عبدالله بن عامر) را سخت نگران و خشمگین کرد بطوریکه سوگند خورد که چندان بکشد از مردم " استخر" که خون براند. پس خون همگان مباح گردانید و چندان کشتند خون نمی رفت تا آب گرم به خون ریختندپس برفت و عده کشته شدگان که نام بردار بودند "چهل هزار کشته " بودند بیرون از مجهولان.(کتاب فارسنامه ابن بلخی صفحه 135-- کتاب تاریخ کامل؛ جلد سوم صفحه 163)

رامهرمز نیز پس از جنگی سخت به تصرف سپاهیان اسلام در آمد و فاتحان عرب؛ بسیاری از مردم را کشتند و زنان و کودکان فراوانی را برده ساختند و مال و متاع هنگفتی بچنگ آوردند.(کتاب الفتوح؛ صفحه 215)

مردم کرمان نیز سالها در برابر اعراب مقاومت کردند تا سرانجام در زمان عثمان؛ حاکم کرمان با پرداخت دو میلیون درهم و دو هزار غلام بچه و کنیز؛ بعنوان خراج سالانه؛ با اعراب مهاجم صلح کردند.(کتاب تاریخ یعقوبی صفحه 62 -کتاب تاریخ طبری جلد پنجم صفحه 2116, 2118 - کتاب تاریخ کامل؛ جلد سوم صفحه 178,179)

جنایات اعراب تنها به این شهر‌ها ختم نشده است و اینها تنها گوشه‌ای از تاراج میهنمان به دست تازیان بود و آشکارا مقاومت ایرانیان در برابر آنان را ثابت می‌کند. اگر شهر خاصی‌ مورد نظر شما بود خوشحال خواهم شد که روایت آنرا شرح دهم.

در کتاب عقدالفرید چاپ قاهره-جلد ۲ صفحه ۵ -سخنی از خسرو پرویز نقل شده که می گوید: اعراب را نه در کار دین هیچ خصلت نیکو یافتم و نه در کار دنیا. آنها را نه صاحب عزم و تدبیر دیدم و نه اهل قوت و قدرت. آنگاه گواه فرومایگی و پستی همت آنها همین بس که آنها با جانوران گزنده و مرغان آواره در جای و مقام برابرند .فرزندان خود را از راه بینوایی و نیازمندی می کشند و یکدیگر را بر اثر گرسنگی و درماندگی می خورند.از خوردنیها و پوشیدنیها و لذتها و کامروانیهای این جهان یکسره بی بهره اند.

آنچه از درختان خرما را ( که در دیار بنی نضیر ) بریدید و آنچه را بر پا گذاشتید ، همه به امر الله ( و صلاح اسلام ) و برای خواری جهودان فاسق نابکار بود!!. و آنچه را الله از زنان آنها ( یهودیان بنی نضیر ) برسم غنیمت باز دارد متعلق به رسول است که شما سپاهیان اسلام بر آن هیچ اسب و استر نتاختند ( و آزار نبرد نکشیدید ) و لیکن الله رسولش را بر هر که خواهد مسلط میگرداند!!.

پانویس اول:

- پس نتیجه میگیریم طبق آیه قران ذکر شده در بالا تا کسی خود در جنگ شرکت نداشته باشد و به گفته الله اسب و استری نتاخته باشد ، سهمی هم از غنائم جنگی نخواهد برد.

- نتیجه گیری دوم در تکرار نتیجه گیری اول:

که علی و پسرانش سهمی از جنگ نمیبردند مگر اینکه خود در جنگها مستقیما" شرکت کرده و شمشیر زده باشند و کافران ( بیچاره ای که همگی دین هم داشتند ) را سر بریده باشند و عرض و ناموسشان را به نام دین اسلام و الله برده باشند برای خودشان؛

نمونه اش تقسیم قالی بهارستان بود که در تمام تاریخها و کتابهای دینی نوشته شده و به ثبت رسیده ، علی سهم خود را از قالی بهارستان گرفت و به 20000 درهم در آنزمان هم فروخت ( ثروت خیلی خوبیست در آنزمان آنهم 1400 سال پیش ، نه؟؟ )

- درضمن یاد آوری کنم که علی و دو پسرش حسن و حسین مثل خمینی نبودند که در شهر خود و در خانه خود بمانند و به سپاهیان خود دستور بدهند تا بروند به جبهه های هولناک و مخوف جنگ و بکشند و کشته شوند ،

علی و دو پسرش خود مردان جنگنده ای در تاریخ خود بودند که میخواستند از کشتن کافران سهمی داشته باشند ( هم این دنیا و هم آن دنیا) ، شمشیر زدن و سر بریدن برای آنها عار و ننگ نبوده، علی از یازده یا دوازدسالگی بنا به اعتراف خودش در جنگها شرکت داشته و شمشیر میزده و سر میبریده ،

آنها مثل خمینی از جبهه های جنگ فرار نمیکردند هر سه از پهلوانان و جنگنده های زمان محمد و صدر اسلام بودند که از جنگیدن هیچ ترسی به دلشان راه نمیدادند و میخواستند دین اسلام را به سهم خود و به دست خود در کشورهای مختلف رواج دهند ،

تازه اگر هم بر فرض محال هر سه در محل اقامتشان هم میماندند و دستور جنگ را به سپاهیانشان میدادند و مستقیم و یا غیر مستقیم در جنگهائی که باعث کشته شدن سدها هزار ایرانی شده شرکت داشته اند یا نه، آنها را به اندازه عمر و عثمان در چشم ایرانیان گناهکار میکند ( چون سپاهیان هم بدستور اسلام محمدی و به فرمان علی و پسرانش حسن و حسین از محل قبیله های عرب نشین آنموقع خارج شده بودند و میجنگیدند ، آنها دستور فرمانده خود را گوش دادند ، پس مقصر ین اصلی بازهم علی و دوپسرش حسن و حسین هستند که فرمان حمله را داده اند ) و ما ایرانیان در جواب به آن همه کشتار قاتلان اجداد خود را دوست داریم و می پرستیم.

کشتار ایرانیان بدست حسن و حسین از مراجع معتبر تاریخی:

* در ضمن یاد آور شوم نظر به اعتقاد اشخاصی که میگویند و ثابت میکنند ایرانیان با آغوش باز به استقبال مرگ و نیستی و بدبختی و حراج خود و میهنشان در برابر اعراب رفتند بگویم در اینجا به یک تیر دو نشان زده ام ، یعنی این فهرست کوتاه نوشته شده در زیر نیز نشان دهنده مقاومت ایرانیان در برابر اعراب را نیز ثابت میکند.

برای اثبات تاریخی وجود علی و نقش او در مقدمات جنگ نهاوند رجوع شود به:

1- زندگانی امام حسین : نوشته زین العابدین رهنما ، فصل 31 ، رویه 208 – 213 )

2- فتوح البلدان – بلاذری ، رویه 303 )

عثمان در سال 29 هجری سعید بن عاص را والی کوفه کرد و عبدالله عامر کریز را والی بصره ، مرزبان طوس باین دو نفر نوشت و آنها را به خراسان دعوت کرد که هرکدام فاتح شدند مالک آنجا شناخته شدند. هردو حرکت کردند ، عبدالله از او پیشی گرفت و سعید بسوی طبرستان رفت که آنجا را فتح کند و در سپاه او حسن و حسین هردو بودند.

2- زندگانی امام حسین ، زین العابدین رهنما – پوشینه دوم ، فصل سوم ، رویه 20 )

... در سال سی ام هجری یعنی هفت سال پس از خلافتش ( عثمان ) آن فرمانده ماجراجوی عرب " سعید بن عاص " را با نیروی تازه نفس از کوفه بسوی طبرستان فرستاد. دو فرزند علی ، امام حسن و امام حسین هم نسبت مجاهدان اسلامی که این جهاد را برای خاندان مسلمان وظیفه و شعاری بشمار میآمد زیر دست این فرمانده حرکت کردند... این نیروی تازه نفس بحدود طبرستان رسید و نخستین دژ مستحکم و قلعه ناگشودنی آن برخورد کرد... ( به علت طولانی بودن لطفا" بقیه ماجرا را خود در نسک نوشته شده بالا رجوع کنید ).

3- زندگانی امام حسین – زین العابدین رهنما ، پوشینه اول ، فصل 29 ، رویه 183 )

4- ( به شهادت ) ارینب:

ارینب زنی زیبا بود که حسین اورا اغفال کرد و گول زد و به زنی خود درآورد.

او گفته بود:

... آری او ( حسین ) را دیده ام، از مردانگی و شجاعتهای او هم در جنگهای آفریقا و هم نبرد طبرستان

( در ایران ) چیزها شنیده ام... ( پس بنا به اعترافات ارینب، حسین بن علی در ایران و در طبرستان بوده )

و بازهم اثبات تاریخی وجود حسنین در ایران:

4- در تاریخ ابن فقیه برگ 152 و در تاریخ طبری جلد پنجم برگ 2116 مینویسد:

مردم گیلان و طبرستان و دیلمستان سالها در برابر هجوم سپاهیان اسلام پایداری و مقاومت کردندو در حقیقت اعراب مسلمان هیچگاه نتوانستند گیلان و طبرستان و دیلمستان را تصرف نمایند!

جواب به شریعتی مرده و طرفدارانش و ملاها و طرفدارانش که میگویند ایرانیان با آغوش باز به استقبال اعراب رفتند!!

بقیه داستان:

در زمان عثمان اعراب برای فتح طبرستان تلاش بسیار کردند و سعید بن عاث به دستور عثمان به سوی طبرستان روانه شد

در این هجوم ناجوانمردانه دینی نیز !! امام حسن و امام حسین فرزندان امام علی همراه با سعید بن عاث همراه بودند!!

اینها رفته بودند ایرانیها را بکشند!!

بازهم حضور امام حسن و امام حسین و پدرشان علی ابن ابیطالب در ایران:

5- طبری می نویسد:

یاد آوری به خرد باختگان ایرانی :

آنهائی که میگویند طبری صیهونیست بوده و این هارا از خودش نوشته تا صیهونیست هارا در دنیا پیروز کند بگویم ، صیهونیستها بعد از جنگ جهانی دوم درست شدند و 1400 سال پیش نبودند ، درحالیکه طبری مال 1200 سال پیش و در زمان خلفای بنی امیه در این جهان بوده و تاریخ نوشته و درآنزمان فقط یهودیان بدبخت بودند که بدست محمد و داماد و اوباش و ارازل سپاهش افتادند و ناجوانمردانه به خاطر امیال دنیوی و سرکوب شده کودکی و جوانی محمد راهی آن دنیا شدند ، تا محمد به ثروت های آنان و زنانشان به راحتی دسترسی پیدا کند.

- سعید بن عاص لشگری راهی گرگان نمود !! مردم انجا از راه صلح آمدند سپس 100 هزار درهم خراج و گاه 200 هزار درهم خراج به اعراب میدادند !! لیکن قرارداد از طرف ایرانیان بر هم خورد و آنان از دادن خراج به مدینه سرباز زدند و کافر شدند !!

( خوب کافر شدند که شدند به تو چه مربوطه پدرسوخته های دزد غارتگر اموال مردم)

یکی از شهر های کرانه جنوب شرقی دریای مازندران ( خزر ) شهر تمیشه بود که به سختی با سپاه اسلام نبرد کرد سعید بن عاص شهر را محاصره کرد و آنگاه که آذوقه شهر به اتمام رسید مردم از گرسنگی زنهار (امان) خواستند !! به آن شرط که سپاه سعید بن عاص مردمان شهر را نکشد!! لیکن بعد از عقد قرار داد سعید بن عاص تمام مردم شهر را از لب تیغ گذراند

در این کشتار نا جوانمردانه نیز:

عبدالله پسر عمر – عبدالله پسر عباس (عموی پیغمبر) – عبدالله پسر زبیر – حسن ابن علی ( امام دوم شیعیان ) – حسین بن علی ( امام سوم شیعیان ) در راس لشگر اسلام قرار داشتند!!

احتمالاً شما هم با این موضوع برخورد کرده اید که  چندی است ایمیل هایی با موضوع حمایت از خلیج فارس در فضای اینترنتی در حال  دست به دست شدن است. موضوع بیشتر این ایمیل ها در خواست از شما برای رای  دادن در یک وب سایت در حمایت از نام خلیج فارس به جای نام های جعلی آن است.  و یا اینکه مثلاً اخطار می دهد که در Google این نامهای جعلی را جستجو کنید و نتیجه ی آنرا ببینید یا  مثلا  برای  مبارزه با این نتیجه حالا بروید به فلان سایت و مخالفت خود را اعلام کنید و  شما هم احتمالا  این جستجو را می کنید و نتیجه را می بینید!
 غافل از این  که همین کار آمار جستجوی نامهای جعلی ای که اعراب به جای خلیج فارس به کار  می برند را در google  بیشتر از کلمه "خلیج فارس"  می کند و در نتیجه آن نام جعلی برای نمایش در اولویت بالاتری نسب به کلمه  "خلیج فارس" قرار می گیرد. 
مهم: برای مبارزه با این ترفند زیرکانه که حالا از سمت هرکسی  می تواند باشد یک راه حل ساده وجود دارد و آن هم اینکه به جای رای دادن در  هر سایتی، روزانه و یا هر وقت دستتان رسید سعی کنید حداقل یک بار نام "خلیج  فارس" و یک بار نام انگلیسی آن یعنی "Persian Gulf" را در Google جستجو  کنید این از هر رای دادنی در هر سایتی موثر تر است. به خصوص اگر نام  انگلیسی آنرا جستجو کنید آنهم به طور همه گیر پس از مدتی تقریباً نام های  جعلی دیگر از صفحه اینترنتی محو خواهند شد! 
برای حمایت از این طرح این پیام را چه از طریق ایمیل و چه  گفتاری به گوش دوستان میهن دوستتان برسانید

رضا سراج با نام مستعار علوی از نیروهای فعال بسیجی بود که توانست در آغاز دوران جوانی پله های ترقی را در نهاد های اطلاعاتی و امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی بسرعت طی کند و از یک مخبر ساده حراست دانشگاه به یک بازجوی تواب ساز و سپس تحلیل گر مسائل سیاسی و امنیتی تبدیل شود .
از سوابق رضا سراج در نهادهای اطلاعاتی و امنیتی ج . ا میتوان به موارد زیر اشاره کرد :
کارشناس امنیتی ( بازجو ) سازمان حفاظت و اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران - سرپرست اداره اطلاعات قرارگاه ثارالله - ریاست سازمان بسیج دانشجویی – همکاری با خبرگزاری فارس و صدا سیمای جمهوری اسلامی در زمینه انجام تحقیقات مرتبط با موضوعات براندازی نرم و جنگ روانی و ناتوی فرهنگی وسابقه‌ی قابل شناسایی فعالیت او ، به سال ۱۳۷۸ و ایجاد پرونده‌ی وبلاگ‌نویس‌ها توسط سازمان اطلاعات موازی بازمی‌گردد . پرونده‌ی رضا سراج در نهادهای امنیتی کشور ، دارای مهر ” به کلی سری ” است.
اولین باری که نام رضا سراج در محافل خبری مطرح شد باز میگردد به دستگیری های بعد از 18 تیر 78 که وی با نام مستعار حاج آقا علوی به بازجویی و تواب سازی از دانشجویان بازداشتی می پرداخت و یکی از دانشجویان بازداشتی که توانست بعد از آزادی از نقش رضا سراج در تواب سازی دانشجویان پرده بردارد علی افشاری ( از رهبران جنبش دانشجویی ) بود .
رضا سراج ، بازجوی علی افشاری نیز بوده است . علی افشاری در گفت‌گو با ” مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران ” می‌گوید :
۷۱. پس از اين‌كه روحيه‌ی خود را به‌دست آوردم ، به قاضی اعلام كردم كه ديگر به سربازجو – خود را علوی معرفی می‌كرد – پاسخ نمی‌دهم . پس از اين‌كه بريدم ، چشم‌بندم را در بازجويی برمی‌داشتند . چهره‌ی او را ديده بودم . بعدها فهميدم نام او سراج است . سراج الان گه‌گاهی برای خبرگزاری فارس ، مطلب می‌نويسد و در حال حاضر مسئول سازمان بسيج دانش‌جويی است. سراج هرچه سؤال كرد من جواب ندادم . گفتم می‌خواهم بازجوی ديگری بيايد .
۷۹. مثلا بازجوی من ( آقای سراج ) می‌گفت كه آن‌ها به قاضی دستور می‌دهند كه چگونه تصميم بگيرد و چه بكند ، نه اين‌كه قاضی به آن‌ها دستور دهد که چگونه بازجويی كنند.

معجزه دو قلو

آشنائی "تریتا پارسی" با "سیامک نمازی" و همکاری مشترک شان برای راه اندازی یک لابی در آمریکا، داستانی است که ما را با مافیای اقتصادی رژیم آخوندی بیشتر آشنا میکند و ضمنآ میتوانیم درک واقعی تری از حامیان خارجی حکومت ایران بدست آوریم. اما اگر به عمق و ابعاد قضیه توجه نشود، داستان پارسی و نمازی، بیشتر شبیه یک رویای شیرین و چیزی مانند داستان "سیندرلا" یا "شاه پریان" به نظر میاید که به هرچه دست میزنند به طلا تبدیل میشود و همه دربها بروی آنان باز میگردد.

در سال 1997، تریتا پارسی که یک دانشجوی ایرانی مقیم سوئد بود به آمریکا رفت و یک لابی یکنفره را در کنگزه آمریکا شروع کرد. وی در اعلامیه ایکه در همان زمان بزبان انگلیسی نوشت چنین میگوید: ¹

«14 نفر از ایرانیان یا دوستداران ایران بیانیه ای را امضا کرده اند که خطاب به نمایندگان کنگره آمریکاست و از آنان میخواهد که تحریم های علیه ایران را لغو کرده و وارد گفتگو با ایران شود. باید ایرانیان بخود بیایند و صدایشان را بگوش مسئولین آمریکائی برسانند. ولی تا کنون، فقط مجاهدین خلق، کنت تیمرمن و لابی طرفدار اسرائیل در صحنه فعال بوده اند...... قدم بعدی رساندن این بیانیه به دست نمایندگان مجلس و سنای آمریکا بود. بمدت چهار روز من یک تنه از این دفتر نماینده کنگره به آن یکی رفتم و آنرا شخصا بدست مشاورین و مسئولین دفتر آنان دادم. آنان همه شگفت زده بودند که یک دانشجوی سوئدی-ایرانی برای پایان دادن به انزوای کشورش مشغول لابی کردن است. من فعالیت های خود در کنگره را به اطلاع امضا کنندگان بیانیه رساندم و نتیجه آن شد که ما یک گروه لابی درست کردیم.».

دنباله داستان "تریتا پارسی" و فعالیت های چشمگیر او در آمریکا، بسیار سوال برانگیز و قابل توجه تر است. وی در حالیکه هنوز در سوئد زندگی میکرد و دانشجوئی بیش نبود، به مقام "مشاور سیاست خارجی" باب نی رسید که یکی از قدرتمندترین (و فاسد ترین) نمایندگان کنگره آمریکا بود. 4 سال بعد در سال 2001، تریتا به آمریکا آمد و بلافاصله مدیر شورای ایرانی-آمریکائی (AIC ) وابسته به هوشنگ امیر احمدی شد. شورائی که در هیئت مدیره آن دهها رئیس و مدیر عامل کمپانی های نفتی و سناتور آمریکایی حضور داشتند. یکسال بعد در 2002، "پارسی" با چند نفر از دوستان خود انجمن "نیاک" را تشکیل داد. هنوز مرکب اساسنامه این انجمن خشک نشده بود که دو موسسه معروف سیاسی امریکا به وی کمک مالی کردند. چند ماه بعد، یکی از مهمترین لابیست های آمریکا بنام "روی کافی" که از دوستان خانواده بوش بود به کمک تریتا پارسی آمد و برای اعضای انجمن نیاک، جلسات خصوصی آموزش لابیگری در یک رستوران حومه واشنگتن برگزار نمود. این داستان شبیه آن است که "موتزارت" به خانه من و شما بیاید و برای فرزندانمان کلاس خصوصی موسیقی برگزار کند. ²

متعاقبآ تریتا پارسی اقدام به نوشتن کتابی در مورد رابطه ایران و آمریکا و اسرائیل میکند. در این کتاب با استفاده از شیوه های بدیع ثابت شده که از سال 1992 ببعد، دولت اسرائیل تنها مانع بهبود روابط ایران و آمریکا بوده است و تاکید شده که علیرغم آمادگی ملایان برای حل مشکلات فی مابین، دولت آمریکا تحت فشار اسرائیل از اینکار چشم پوشیده است. برای نوشتن این کتاب نیز تمام دربها بروی "تریتای" جوان باز میشود. دو سال قبل از انتشار این کتاب، یکی از مسئولان بالای رژیم ملایان، یک سند کاملا محرمانه را در اختیار وی قرار میدهد تا او در کتابش ازآن استفاده کند. ظاهرآ این سند آنقدر مخفی بود که تنها 4 نفر در ایران ازآن باخبر بودند. خامنه ای، خاتمی، کمال و صادق خرازی. یعنی ارزش کتاب "تریتا" از رفسنجانی و سپاه و مجلس نیز بالاتر بوده است! ³

بلافاصله پس از انتشار این کتاب، بنیاد "راکفلر" و بقیه محافل ریز و درشتی که تمام دغدغه شان کنارآمدن با حکومت آخوندی است به میدان آمده و برای ارتقاء و تبلیغ این کتاب، به برگزاری سخنرانی و مصاحبه با نویسنده جوان مذکور اقدام نمودند. داستان رویایی تریتا بهمین جا ختم نمیشود. ظاهرآ مقرر شده بود که او یک شبه ره صد ساله به پیماید... اکنون نوبت به آن رسیده بود که وی برای دفاع از تز دکترای خود حاضر شود. جالب است بدانیم که برای ایفای نقش استاد راهنما، دکتر برژینسکی، شخصا در آن جلسه حاضر میشود.

سفر مشترک تریتا و سیامک نمازی به آتشکده یزد، تابستان 2000 (از یکدیگر عکس گرفته اند) ⁴

ادامه داستان شیرین این سیندرلای جوان را در همینجا متوقف میکنیم و به سراغ شریک و دوست وی یعنی "سیامک نمازی" میرویم. محمد باقر نمازی، پدر سیامک است. وی در زمان حکومت گذشته یکی از مهمترین مقامات دولتی و منجمله سالها استاندار خوزستان بود. خوشبختانه پس از انقلاب هیچ خطری متوجه ایشان نشد و سه سال بعد، خانواده نمازی به خارج از کشور میرود و با یک جهش خیره کننده، محمد باقر بعنوان دیپلمات ارشد سازمان ملل در امور خیریه کار خود را شروع میکند. با آغاز ریاست جمهوری رفسنجانی، دختر این خانواده یعنی "پری نمازی" به همراه همسرش "بیژن خواجه پور"، شرکت مشاوره (دلالی) آتیه بهار را در سال 1993 در تهران تأسیس میکند. کار اصلی این شرکت، کمک به کمپانی های بزرگ چند ملیتی برای ورود به بازار ایران است. اتفاقآ فعالیت عمده آتیه نیز در تجارت نفت و مشتقات آن است. درآغاز، برادر بزرگتر یعنی "بابک نمازی" که بتازگی درس حقوق خود را در آمریکا تمام کرده به شرکت آتیه میرود و بخش حقوقی این شرکت را برعهده میگیرد. بعد برادر کوچکتر یعنی سیامک به این شرکت آمده و مدیرعامل بخش مشاوره آتیه میشود. داستان ظهور وصعود خانواده نمازی و شرکت آتیه، به همان شیرینی افسانه تریتا پارسی است.

در عرض چند سال، این شرکت به یکی از مهمترین بازیگران در قلمرو فعالیت های اقتصادی داخل کشور و همچنین کار سیاسی در خارج از کشور تبدیل میگردد. داستان خانواده نمازی و تریتا پارسی، قبل ازآنکه نشانی از معجزه باشد، ریشه در مافیای اقتصادی داخل ایران از یکطرف و کمپانی های مهم آمریکا از طرف دیگر دارد. هدف از گزارش حاضر نیز قبل از هر چیز شناخت آندسته از محافل اقتصادی و سیاسی است که برای حفظ و استمرار منافع کلان خود، با حمایت از رژیم ملایان، راه را بر هرگونه تحول دموکراتیک و نجات مردم از دست جلادان حاکم بر ایران بسته اند.

مافیای جدید

پس از پایان جنگ با عراق، رفسنجانی رئیس جمهور شد و هدف خود را ظاهرا گشایش نسبی و کنترل شده اقتصاد ویران شده ایران قرار داد. تا آنزمان، اقتصاد کشور عمدتا توسط دو قطب مهم یا مافیای اقتصادی کنترل میگردید. یکی بنیادهای بزرگ مثل بنیاد مستضعفان یا بنیادشهید و آستان قدس رضوی بودند که با سرمایه های عظیم و تاراج کرده خود بخش های مهمی از اقتصاد کشور را در تیول خود داشتند. بخش دوم نیز نهادهای رسمی خود دولت بود که عمدتا در جهت تأمین نیازهای جنگ با عراق کوک شده بود. در مجموع جریانات وابسته به بازار و روحانیت سنتی، با استفاده از رانت های حکومتی، نیروی مسلط در اقتصاد ایران بودند.

بعد از جنگ و در زمان ریاست جمهوری رفسنجانی شاهد ظهور دو مافیای جدید هستیم که اولی به خانواده فاسد رفسنجانی وابسته است و دیگری در سیطره رهبران سپاه پاسداران قرار دارد که پس از پایان جنگ با عراق و تأسیس شرکت های گوناگون، تازه نفس در تاراج سرمایه های مملکت سهیم شدند.

مافیای رفسنجانی بطور عمده در صنعت نفت رشد کرد و قدرت گرفت. سرکردگان این قطب اقتصادی جدید، عموما از صاحب منصبان دولتی بوده و با آزاد سازی نسبی اقتصاد و رشد باصطلاح بخش خصوصی در آغاز دهه هفتاد شمسی، با راه اندازی دهها شرکت و بانک خصوصی، کنترل بخش های مهمی از اقتصاد کشور را بدست گرفتند.

یکی از مهمترین محور های اقتصادی مافیای رفسنجانی، جذب سرمایه ها و متخصصان خارج از کشور بود. بدین منظور تسهیلات و قوانین جدیدی به اجراء درآمد مثلا در برنامه اول توسعه ( 72-1368 )، دولت ایجاد سه منطقه آزاد تجاری- صنعتی کیش، قشم و چابهار را در سال 1369 اعلام نمود. در ایندوره، دولت ایران توانست بطور بسیار محدود، بخش هائی از صاحبان سرمایه و گروههایی از متخصصان را به مملکت بکشاند. در حقیقت، آنچه باند رفسنجانی را از دیگر مافیاهای اقتصادی ایران متمایز میکند، رابطه ارگانیک آن با محافل اقتصادی در غرب بخصوص کمپانی های نفتی است.

رفسنجانی با یک تیر دو نشان زد. با جذب بخش ناچیزی از سرمایه داران و متخصصان خارج به ایران و نشاندن آنان بر سر سفره رنگینی که از تاراج نفت مملکت فراهم شده بود، هم قدرت اقتصادی خود در داخل و خارج کشور را مستحکم نمود و هم بخاطر حمایتی که در غرب توسط این دسته از محافل سرمایه داری بدست آورده بود، نفوذ سیاسی خود در خارج از کشور را تقویت کرد. موفقیت نسبی ملایان در راه اندازی شبکه وسیع لابی نیز به کمک این دسته از شریکان اقتصادی رژیم در آمریکا و اروپا امکان پذیر بود. برای شناخت لابی ملایان، درک مکانیزم بالا ضروری است.

اما در رابطه با رشد بخش خصوصی در دوران پس از جنگ، ذکر یک نکته ضروری است تا اشتباها روند باصطلاح آزاد سازی دوران رفسنجانی و اقدامات ظاهری مشابه را با روند معمول در دیگر کشورها یکسان تصور نکرده باشیم. اقتصاد ایران به اذعان اکثریت قریب به اتفاق کارشنان بیطرف، با تمام اصول شناخته شده دنیای مدرن تناقض دارد. اقتصاد آخوندی، ملغمه ای است از باندهای مافیائی که بدون یک برنامه مدون یا استراتژیک، در حال تاراج سرمایه های کشور و خرج آن برای اهداف پلید خود میباشند.

شاید ایران تنها کشور شناخته شده در جهان است که حتی ابتدائی ترین آمار اقتصادی قابل اعتماد که برای هرگونه برنامه ریزی ضروری است درآن وجود ندارد. میزان بدهی خارجی دولت، نرخ تورم، میزان سرمایه گذاری خارجی، دخل و خرج دولت، ذخیره ارزی، میران ریخت و پاش رژیم ایران در دیگر کشورهای جهان و همچنین سهم هر یک از جناحهای حکومتی در چپاول سرمایه های کشور، برای هیچ کارشناس داخلی یا خارجی شناخته شده نیست. این خصوصیت منحصر بفرد اقتصاد آخوندی است که بجای شباهت به مدلهای اقتصادی شناخته شده جهان، بیشتر به چپاول و غارت اموال یک کشور توسط اشغالگران خارجی شبیه است.

بنابراین آنچه در ایران اتفاق افتاده، نه ظهور یک بخش خصوصی مستقل بلکه قشری انگلی وابسته به جناحهای حکومتی موجود است. رژیم ملایان هیچگاه قدرت سیاسی یا اقتصادی را با غیر خودی ها تقسیم نکرده است. از اینرو، همانطور که با بررسی فعالیت های شرکت "آتیه بهار" مشاهده میکنیم، این کمپانی بصورت زائده ای از باندهای درونی حکومت، به دلالی و زد و بند اقتصادی مشغول است. با بررسی فعالیت شرکت "آتیه" میتوان به زنجیره ای از دهها کمپانی ظاهرا خصوصی برخورد که سرمنشا و سلسله گردان آنها عمدتآ تعداد انگشت شماری از مسئولان بالای حکومت اند. این مجموعه شرکتهای تو در تو و وابسته بهم، بخشی از همان مافیای اقتصادی رژیم ملایان است.

آتیه بهار ⁵

این کمپانی شامل یک بخش اصلی بنام "مشاوره" برای کمپانی های بین المللی است که 3 مدیر آن، سیامک نمازی، بیژن خواجه پور و یک جوان اتریشی الاصل بنام "فریشن اشلاگر" میباشند. بیژن خواجه پور، همسر پری نمازی یعنی خواهر سیامک است. بنا به گفته نشریات اقتصادی بین المللی، آتیه بهار مهمترین شرکت مشاوره برای کمپانی های غربی در ایران است.

پری نمازی مسئولیت بخش "مدیریت منابع انسانی" شرکت آتیه را بعهده دارد. بابک نمازی که برادر بزرگتر سیامک است نیز "شرکت حقوقی آتیه" را اداره میکند. شرکت آتیه صاحب بخش های کامپیوتری، مطبوعاتی و غیره نیز هست که به آن اشاره میکنیم.

مهمترین فعالیت آتیه، مشاوره به کمپانی های بزرگ غربی است. برای شناخت مشاوره ای که میتوان به یک کمپانی خارجی برای ورود به بازار ایران داد بهتر است بطور مثال به دو مشتری آتیه یعنی شرکتهای نروژی "استات اویل" و فرانسوی "توتال" اشاره نمود این دو غول نفتی جهان، برای ورود به بازار پررونق ایران، مجبور به پرداخت دهها میلیون دلار رشوه به پسر رفسنجانی شده اند. باید اضافه کنیم که بیژن خواجه پور ضمنا رئیس شرکت نفتی "آذر انرژی" نیز میباشد که اعضای مدیریت آن عمدتا از کسانی هستند که قبلا برای کمپانی های نفتی نروژ کار کرده اند.

برای شناخت ارتباط کمپانی "آتیه" با رژیم ملایان و مافیای اقتصادی مملکت، از آن جوان اتریشی شروع میکنیم.

"فریشن اشلاگر" که بر ما معلوم نیست با چه شگرد و چشم بندی به مافیای آخوندی وصل شده، به گفته وبسایت شرکت آتیه، . "افزون بر كار در آتیه بهار، مؤسس و مدیرعامل شركت خدمات مناطق آزاد می باشد، كه با سه سازمان دولتی مناطق آزاد شراكت دارد." . یعنی شلاگر رسما با بخشی از رژیم ایران شریک است.

از طرف دیگر، شلاگر مدیر عامل یک شرکت مشاوره مالی بنام Middle East Strategies (MES) نیز میباشد که تنها شریک وی، فردی است بنام "احمد حاتمی یزد" که خود یکی از سران مافیای مالی – نفتی است. نگاهی به پست های دولتی حاتمی بخوبی گویای موقعیت وی در درون رژیم است: رئیس سابق بانک صادرات (دومین بانک ایران)، مدیر کل بانک تجارت، معاون شرکت کشتیرانی جمهوری اسلامی، مدیر کل فروش نفت خام در شرکت نفت ملی ایران، معاون ســازمان گســترش و نوســازی صنــایع ایــران، مدیر بخش روابط بین المللی در شورای عالی مناطق آزاد." ⁶ (عکس احمد حاتمی یزد)

این شراکت دو نفره بین حاتمی و اشلاگر، کارش فراهم کردن امکانات مالی برای معاملات شیرین و پرسودی است که باندهای مختلف رژیم (غالبا باند رفسنجانی) با طرفهای خارجی می بندند. این معاملات هرکدام گاها بالغ بر صدها میلیون دلار تا بیش از یک میلیارد دلار میشوند. جای این سوال با معنا کماکان باقی است که چگونه و چرا یک جوان اتریشی و این حاتمی یزد بهم رسیده و این کاسبی حلال را براه انداخته اند.

حال که با یکی از مدیران آتیه بهار آشنا شدیم به سراغ بیژن خواجه پور یعنی رئیس آتیه بهار برویم. ایشان در دهها موسسه و بنیاد و نهاد رسمی دولتی-اقتصادی عضویت دارد که به مهمترین آنان اشاره میکنیم. این شرکتها، بدون استثناء دارای مدیرانی است که از بالاترین مهره های مافیای اقتصادی و سیاسی حکومت اند. بعنوان مثال، خواجه پور مدیر عامل شرکت نفتی "قشم انرژی" است که با منطقه آزاد قشم یعنی یکی از نهادهای اقتصادی رژیم ایران رسما شریک است.⁷رئیس شرکت "قشم انرژی"، فردی بنام "نرسی قربان" است. ایشان یکی از مهمترین عناصر نفتی رژیم در سالهای گذشته بوده است. وی یک از ثابت ترین سخنرانان در کنفرانس های دولتی ایران در مورد نفت میباشد. نرسی قربان مدیر موسسه ظاهرا مطالعاتی "کاسپین" است که عضو مهم دیگر آن "عباس ملکی"، معاون وزارت خارجه رفسنجانی و مشاور خامنه ای است. ضمنا، نرسی قربان مدیر عامل یکی از مهمترین شرکت های گاز در ایران یعنی "شرکت گاز به مایع کرگنگان" است. ریئس این کمپانی عظیم، یکی از مهره های مهم اقتصادی حکومت بنام علی شمس اردکانی است. این فرد نیز یکی از سران مافیاست. برخی از مسئولیتهای رسمی این فرد همچون رئیس سابق اتاق بازرگانی، سفیر سابق ایران در کویت و دهها پست دیگر در وزارت نفت و وزارت خارجه نشانی از جایگاه ویژه او در اختاپوس حاکم بر کشور است. ایشان اولین رئیس و بنیانگذار نهاد مسئول منطقه آزاد قشم در سال 1369 است.

علی شمس اردکانی

بیژن خواجه پور بجز مدیریت شرکت های آذر انرژی، قشم انرژی، آتیه بهار، ضمنا به کمک سیامک نمازی مجله "ایران استراتژیک فوکوس" در لندن را نیز منتشر میکند. این نشریه به شرکت مهم انگلیسی "مناس" وابسته است. مهمترین بخش کار خواجه پور و نمازی، مدیریت کارزار تبلیغاتی و لابی بنفع رژیم در خارج از کشور و بخصوص در آمریکاست که در گزارش بعدی بآن اشاره میشود.

به سراغ برادر کوچکتر خانواده یعنی بابک نمازی برویم. ایشان علیرغم کمی سن، بلافاصله پس از ورود به ایران مدارج ترقی را یکی پس از دیگری طی نموده و در عرض یکی دو سال به یکی از مهره های موثر و با نفوذ مافیای رژیم تبدیل شده است. ایشان یکی از کسانی است که قانون سرمایه گذاری خارجی را برای "مجمع تشخیص مصلحت" نوشته است.⁸

برای درک جایگاه این وکیل تازه به ایران رسیده؛ به یک نمونه نگاه کنیم. در سال 2000، اتاق بازرگانی بریتانیا یک کنفرانس نفتی در مورد ایران برگزار نمود که گذشته از مهمترین مقامات رژیم، بابک نمازی، بیژن خواجه پور و همچنین شهریار افشار به سخنرانی پرداختند. جالب اینجاست که در یک پانل سه نفره که بابک نمازی در مورد قوانین سرمایه گذاری در ایران سخنرانی نمود، دو نفر دیگر پانل نیز از عناصر مهم دولتی ایران بودند. ⁹

شرکت آتیه بهار و مسئولان آن نه تنها در اکثر کنفرانس های نفتی رژیم در زمره سخنرانان اصلی هستند، بلکه در برخی از موارد، در کنار مسئولان رژیم، مشترکا برگزار کننده کنفرانس نیز بوده اند که میتوان به دو مورد اشاره کرد. یکی در سال 1998 در لندن بود که تحت عنوان "فرصت های جدید در صنعت نفت و گاز ایران" برگزار شد و در آن بیژن خواجه پور و نرسی قربان سخنرانی کردند. ¹⁰

دیگری کنفرانسی در ژولای 2000 در لندن بود¹¹ که آتیه بهار برای برگزاری کنفرانس با شرکت نفت ایران همکاری نمود و حتی قبل از کنفرانس اصلی، یک "پیش کنفرانس توضیحی" توسط مسئولان آتیه برگزار گردید. در این کنفرانس مهمترین مسئولان نفتی رژیم منجمله مهدی هاشمی رفسنجانی به سخنرانی پرداختند.

در کنفرانس دیگری که در سال 2006 تحت عنوان "همکاری ایران و چین" در تهران برگزار شد، بجز مهمترین مسئولان حکومتی، میتوان به سخنرانی بیژن خواجه پور و همسرش پری نمازی اشاره نمود. سخنرانی پایان کنفرانس نیز توسط علی اکبر ولایتی و عباس ملکی دوست نزدیک بیژن خواجه پور انجام گرفت. ¹²

شرکت آتیه بهار ضمنا در سال 1999، یک مرکز اداری تجاری در تهران براه انداخت ¹³ که فقط برای کمپانی های خارجی که با ایران کار میکنند در نظر گرفته شده بود. آتیه ضمنا یک صندوق سرمایه گذاری در بورس تهران به راه انداخت که برای ایرانیان مقیم خارج که خواهان شرکت در این امر ملی هستند در نظر گرفته شده بود. ¹⁴

صلح طلبی و بوی خوش نفت

البته تمام موارد ذکر شده بالا تنها بخش ناچیز و آشکار روابط خانواده نمازی با حکومت ملایان است. قبل از آنکه به اصل موضوع یعنی راه اندازی لابی رژیم در آمریکا و نقش آتیه بهار بپردازیم، شاید بهتر باشد که نگاهمان را کمی گسترده تر کرده و به یک نمونه دیگر نیز نظری بیافکنیم. این نمونه بطور خاص برای آندسته از صلح طلبان قلابی که با دفاع مشمئزکننده از ملایان صبحانه میخورند و با ناسزاگویی مبتذل به امپریالیسم روز را سپری میکنند، بسیار آموزنده و ضروری است.

همانطور که در سلسله گزارشات قبلی اشاره شد، در سال 2005 با آغاز ریاست جمهوری احمدی نژاد و ارسال پرونده هسته ای ملایان به شورای امنیت سازمان ملل، یک حزب اللهی دو آتشه بنام "عباس عدالت"، ناگهان ضد امپریالیست و صلح طلب شد و محفل ضد جنگ "کاسمی" را در لندن و آمریکا راه انداخت. همانطور که در گزارشات قبلی توضیح داده شد، سازمان کاسمی در آمریکا، از دو دسته از افراد تشکیل شد که نیمی از هیئت اجرایی آن افراد وابسته به تریتا پارسی و انجمن نایاک بودند و نیم دیگر نیز عناصری هستند که تحت نام "چپ" و مبارزه خیالی با سرمایه داری و امپریالیسم، تمام تلاش خود را برای حفظ حکومت آخوندی و بخصوص دفاع از سیاستهای ماجراجویانه اتمی انان بکار میبرند. ¹⁵

راستی "عباس عدالت" از کجا آمده و سابقه اش چیست که تا این میزان صلح طلبی در تمام وجودش رخنه کرده است؟ عدالت در دانشگاه صنعتی شریف با عباس ملکی (معاون وزارت خارجه و مشاور رهبر) همکار بود، در سال 1999 این دو نفر یک بنیاد خیریه تحت نام "بنیاد دانش و هنر" تأسیس نمودند که ظاهرا وظیفه اش "فراهم نمودن تسهیلات بخصوص کامپیوتر برای مدارس ایران و جوانان در کشورهای رو به رشد است". ¹⁶

طبیعتا درمملکتی که از صدقه سر این رژیم غارتگر، بخشی از جوانان نگون بخت و دانشجویان و دانش آموزان بینوای آن برای ادامه زندگی چه بسا مجبور به تن فروشی و کلیه فروشی میشوند، باید هم بنیادی مانند همین موسسه عباس ملکی و عباس عدالت وجود داشته باشد تا به جوانان محتاج در کشورهای دیگر کمک کند. در واقع این موسسه سکوی پرش و محمل تبلیغاتی عباس عدالت و رفقایش در خارج از کشور بود. وی با سواستفاده از همین عنوان خیرخواهانه به خیلی از محافل انساندوست و گروههای وابسته به گرایشات چپ در اروپا و امریکا راه پیدا کرد، البته ترکیب هیئت مدیره این محفل بسیار "صلح دوست" میتواند گویای حقایق تکان دهنده ای برای جریانات مترقی واقعی و اصیل باشد.

رئیس این بنیاد کاملا خیریه در تهران فردی است بنام "محمد رضا حائری یزدی" که مدیر کل تحقیق و بررسی وزارت صنایع رژیم بوده است. ¹⁷ ایشان در عین حال مدیر عامل و عضو هیئت مدیره شرکتی بنام "مگفا" در ایران است که بنوبه خود زیر مجموعه سازمان گسترش و نوسازی صنایع ایران (بخشی از دولت) میباشد. دو شریک دیگر حائری دراین کمپانی نیز هر دو نفر معاون وزیر در حکومت آخوندی میباشند. ¹⁸

علیرضا امامی که رئیس هیئت مدیره شرکت مگفا ست، مدیر کل سه وزارتخانه دولت بوده است. مهرداد کارگری، عضو دیگر هیئت مدیره است که ضمنا عضو هیئت مدیره منطقه آزاد کیش نیز هست.

داستان به همینجا ختم نمی شود. بیناد خیریه "دانش و هنر" که عباس عدالت براه انداخته و میخواهد جوانان جهان را با کامپیوتر آشنا کند، صاحب یک عضو هیئت مدیره جالب دیگر نیز هست و آن شخصی بنام "ضیاء متحده" است. ایشان به تنهائی نمونه ای از صلح طلبی به شیوه آخوندی و دلسوزی برای کودکان کشورهای عقب مانده است. جناب متحده عضو هیئت مدیره شرکت "سخت آژند"، رئيس هيات مديره و مديرعامل شركت ميخ پرچ ايران، رئيس هيات مديره شركت نورد آلومينيوم، رئيس هيات مديره شركت آلوم پارس، رئيس هيات مديره شركت زيراكس ايران، عضو و رئيس هيات مديره، بسياري از شركتها و سازمانهاي انتفاعي و غيرانتفاعي در ايران است. ¹⁹

هموطنانی که گزارش قبلی را دنبال کرده اند بیاد میآورند که دو کارخانه آلومینیوم یاد شده در بالا و همچنین نمایندگی کمپانی آمریکائی زیراکس، همگی متعلق به برادران "علاقبند" میباشند. این خانواده همانی است که دو ماه گذشته بطور قاچاق سه هواپیما را به شرکت "ماهان" وابسته به مافیای رفسنجانی فروخته بود.

به نظر میرسد که هیئت مدیره "بنیاد دانش و هنر" بیشتر شبیه اتاق بازرگانی یا یک محفل مافیایی مدل آخوندی است. آیا از کمپانی آتیه بهار نیز در این بنیاد انساندوستانه کسی حضور دارد؟ پاسخ قطعآ مثبت است. بیژن خواجه پور و همسرش پری نمازی (خواهر سیامک نمازی) نیز از اعضای هیئت مدیره این بنیادی هستند که عباس عدالت پایه گذاری کرده است.¹⁷ حال با نگاهی به این اسامی این سوال در برابرمان قرار میگیرد که این آدمهای نیکوکار و صلح طلب چگونه همیشه و همه جا یکدیگر را پیدا میکنند و بهم میرسند؟

جالب است بدانیم که بتازگی یک سازمان جدیدی بنام "ایرانیان برای صلح" تشکیل شده که ظاهرا تمام صلح دوستان آنچنانی را گرد هم آورده است. با کمال تعجب؛ تشکیل دهندگان این گروه نیز همان صلح طلبانی هستند که در بالا بآن اشاره شد. ²⁰

دوستان عباس عدالت و سازمان کاسمی تشکیل دهنده اصلی این انجمن جدید میباشند. گذشته از آن، سه گروه کذایی Iran Alliance – Persian Gulf Onlin – Iran Haritage نیز در این مجمع حضور دارند. این سه گروه در سال 2003 توسط محفل تریتا پارسی راه اندازی شدند. بازهم سوال: آیا از خانواده نمازی و شرکت آتیه نیز در این محفل حضور دارند؟ خوشبختانه این سنگر نیز به وجود آنان مزین است. بیژن خواجه پور از تهران (مدیر کل آتیه بهار) و همچنین محمد باقر نمازی که پدر سیامک است نیز عضو این انجمن منادی صلح میباشند. راستی برای مافیای اقتصادی رژیم ملایان و صلح طلبان قلابی دنیا چقدر کوچک است! بحث شیرین دلار ادامه دارد...
